設施有些老舊但是比較齊全，衞生狀況還是不錯的，環境就是那樣子，服務態度比較好，周圍吃的交通也比較便利

我第一次住維也納住到要給差評的地步！
我定了兩間房，共4個房晚！
1.停車場衹能停大概30台車，不夠用，隨便過個節，都是外地車，停哪裡去？讓你停街邊。
2.房間狀態極其不好，開門一股黴味特別明顯！
洗手間有明顯黴漬。
3.如圖，第一個房晚，我跟樓層大姐説了，洗浴蓮蓬頭掛不上，需要一個螺絲起，重新擰下，掉個頭就能掛住蓮蓬頭！大姐用本當地話咕嚕了一堆，我大概理解的意思是，喊工程師傅來搞！我説，沒關係，不着急，今晚都洗完澡了。明天修好就行。結果呢？我一屋人第二天又是煞幣的單手舉着蓮蓬頭洗澡。國慶房價接近500/晚，酒店好意思用這種房態和服務賺錢？搶？
4.如圖，二次消費，在房間裏面出現了收費空氣凈化器！？我説，你房間有成人用品，有租賃充電數據線，這些我能理解。保存房間的空氣良好，無異味，無蟎蟲，無甲醛你們酒店應該做的！為什麼要額外收費？你這不是等於我去飯店吃飯，炒菜加鹽額外收費一個意思？而且機器裏面一層灰，我敢用？
5.第一個房晚房間無拖鞋，忘記放了！打電話給前台，明確説了，房間沒有放拖鞋。大姐送來了，第一次送來一雙，我説，還需要，不夠。大姐很不耐煩的説，需要那麼多幹什麼？房間又不是沒有！我又重複説了一遍，房間一雙都沒有放。不耐煩個球？我都沒有不耐煩！kao！

房間沒收拾就給我們辦理了入住，又換房間，入住前後服務人員總共給我打了三個電話，其中兩個都是別人房間的問題，不知道為啥打我電話。

前台服務非常不周到，給的房間還是未打掃的，無語，讓他幫忙也不情願，下次不會住了。酒店裡麪也很擁擠，性價比也不高。

這絕對是我幾年住過最差的酒店了，房間小的要死，衞生間和浴室都是轉不過身，洗澡還漏水，地上根本沒法下腳，空調還在檢修直接告知我們沒空調，然後被子特別特別薄，早上直接被凍醒的，我真是謝謝你督促我早起，就這三百多一晚上丟不丟人
