Stopped at Seaesta Komodo in Labuan Bajo, diving-oriented, during a 1 night tour. Hotel/host is decorated in a pleasant white-blue gamma, with local color. Residency is fast, staff friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious, the interiors are solved in an interesting eco-style. All necessary is available: air conditioner, Wi-Fi, bathroom, teapot, 2 bottles of water (in glass, not plastic – according to the general eco-concept of the hotel). I was pleased with the dryer in the form of a bamboo staircase. Before entering each room – sofa. From public entertainment for guests – table tennis, on the evenings at the pool there is a DJ. On the roof, where the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea are opened, especially effective at sunset, – a well-designed swimming pool, a good bar and restaurant. Breakfast – for any taste. Satisfactory, beautiful, delicious, useful (meaning in mind the wake-up freshly squeezed juices – for example, with cane, cucumber, apple and ginger). Stop in Seaesta is very pleased, if the case is, they would return here with joy. Here is only an elevator for delivery of luggage, the suitcases on the stairs have to lift themselves. Felt like a hotel from the 1980s. Room was very nice as was the pool but a totally bizarre set of priorities with no eco / sustainable qualities. No place to refill water but instead if you ask for water they send someone one to your room with small plastic bottles. They replenish these plastic bottles each day. They give you new tiny plastic bottles of shampoo each day and wash the towels every day regardless of requests. Totally unnecessary use of energy and plastic. Breakfast is poor. Great number of staff there but seem focused on putting out stacks of plates ans cups correctly and often no milk available. No hot water so if you want tea you just have a pot which brews constantly and they just periodically add water too. In a country full of beautiful fresh fruit their breakfast fruit is not fresh and often covered in flies. There is so many staff they could just bring each person a little plate of fruit if they liked. Lots of options in the hot plate buffet but all seem straight from a frozen / package and not fresh at all.

Lovely hotel communal areas on lobby level, amazing and very clean pool area too. Not much in the area but the hotel does provide transport into the town centre. Restaurant does a good buffet as an alternative. Staff all very attentive. Our a/c broke and leaked water all over the room. They came to fix it and clean up straight away and couldn't have been more apologetic. Rooms are large and have an amazing view, but a little dated, lovely large shower though. 2 negatives - no WiFi in the rooms, only in the communal areas, and no bathroom door, just a curtain Show Less

The locals are so great! ! The hotel is very cost-effective, with a private beach, mainly because the breakfast is super delicious. Before listening to others, the local food is not good, but I feel that I have eaten the whole trip very well. Hotel brother also packs and delivers! Haha, the trip to Indonesia is the most satisfying and satisfying thing after I have been to so many countries.

Stayed in a villa on the beach, the room was spacious, there were 4 bottles of water, mosquito spray and a mosquito plug in repellent, shower room outside but no problem shower was powerfull and worked well, the view was 5 star a stones throw from the sea, there was a restaurant on the beach food and drink was good a reasonably priced. Sadly a few things stopped it from being 5 stars, there is major building work going on near reception but I was far away from there so did not bother me, litter on the beach needs picking up more often, I hired a canoe and snorkel and mask sea was great and plenty of fish to see, but when I asked for flippers there was only one pair and they were too damaged to wear, my shower room door would not close but I was on my own so again no problem for me, an old speedboat belonging to the hotel left broken on the beach, someone (maybe the owner) ”needs to go round and sort all these small problems, this has the potential to be a five star resort, if it's not sorted it will get bad reviews,
