I chose a new hotel that is not on the main island for my adventure. Let me talk about it first: the hotel’s surrounding environment is pretty good, it’s close to the railway station, the hotel’s internal room facilities are also new, the cleanliness is quite high, and the front desk service is also warm. Let’s talk about improvements: the hotel provided free water on the first night, but did not provide it on the second and third nights. I subconsciously thought that the cleaning staff forgot to place it and ordered room service to bring the water. Oh, vomit blood. . . . . In fact, they can remind that there is a charge. . . I didn't tell us these details when I checked in. . . Breakfast is so-so, only some simple croissant, square slices of bread, biscuits, fruit drinks and the like, hot food needs to be ordered. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco. I haven't studied how to ride on the water bus. It is not convenient to buy or take the elderly and children if you walk. People with good legs and feet are free. Anyway, my leg is broken. . .

We left the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel breakfast started at 8 o'clock. I asked the front desk staff the night before that we couldn't make it in time for breakfast, and the gentleman said he would prepare it for us. The next day, each of us received a large bag of breakfast, including yogurt, juice, biscuits, cakes, and fruits. There were so many of them that we couldn’t finish them. We had to throw away the ones we couldn’t bring into the security check, which was a pity.

Everything is good, the location is quite good, there are boats to go out at the door, and live in a quiet place, no special noise at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the room is arranged on the first floor. The room next to the bar is a bit strange, but overall it is good! And the hotel restaurant is recommended by Michelin! Beautiful stay, the place is truly gorgeous, it does justice to the price we paid. Breakfast nothing to say, excellent with extremely rich à la carte service. Excellent room with amazing frescoes, nice view and a very nice bathroom, shame about the restaurant closed at this time but we will definitely be back.

The train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

Primarily chosen because of its proximity to the station, but the description, images and positive reviews from other guests contributed to my decision which turned out to be the right one. This beautiful little gem only is only 7 minutes walk from Santa Lucia and is quite immaculate. It could not have been any closer to one of the main canals with a vaporetto stop only steps from the front door and is an ideal base to explore this amazing city - particularly the quieter and beautiful Cannaregio sestiere. My room was extremely comfortable, furnished to a high standard and better equipped than other more expensive properties I have previously stayed in. A wonderful warm welcome from Nicolo and the excellent service I received from he and other members of staff during my short stay guaranteed that I will definitely return to this super hotel in future

The hotel is very conveniently located - 10 minutes walk from the station. If you go with a big suitcase, the only inconvenient obstacle is the Constitution Bridge. Also nearby shopping street with souvenir shops and supermarket. Stopped for two nights. The place is quiet and quiet. The room is small but we took it. Wi-Fi Internet works well. There is a claim for insufficient purity. The walls are sinked. But apparently we need to take into account moisture in Venice. The shower has a fan, toilet facilities (champoo, gel) in sufficient volume. There are no hooks to hang the towel. There is also a teapot and a tea set in the room. Breakfast is covered in the garden street. But you can order the room if you want. Staff is very friendly and tries to help. Overall, there is a very positive impression. A great combination of price and quality.

We stayed 3 nights in Ca’Rielo and everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, nicely decorated, very cosy and clean. The location is great, just few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, lots of restaurants and shops around. Our host, Alessandro was helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this place!

It was a shame that there was no elevator, but it seems that no other hotels in Venice have one. The front desk staff were very kind, and the bathroom and toilet were shared and clean. There were no other guests on the floor where we stayed, so there was no sign of anyone else using the bathroom.
