Do not let the exterior mislead you. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally pleasant, tidy, and inviting. Special commendation goes to ALL the staff, particularly the Security Officer who warmly greeted us upon our late arrival at 2:30 AM, the staff who assisted us during breakfast and dinner, and even those encountered along the corridors. They consistently provided beach towels and replenished water bottles daily, which proved immensely helpful during our stay. Kudos to the Teamwho makes our stay enjoyable!

A wonderful and cozy place to relax! Delicious breakfasts with fresh fruit. Located close to the beach and restaurants. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I really liked it, I recommend it!

Great place to stay that is not far from the main area of restaurants in Unawatuna and a quick 2-minute walk from the beach! The room was massive and very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help! The hotel provides fresh beach towels everyday which was a bonus. Would recommend for a comfortable stay!

We were greeted with a refreshing glass of water melon juice which was most welcome after the drive from the airport. Our rooms were beautifully cool, clean and spacious, looking onto a wide and generous veranda over the courtyard. We were treated to a visit by a family of black faced monkeys in the morning which was a magical moment. Food, staff and the building were all excellent and we would be very happy to visit again.

Superb stay. Lovely place with clean rooms. Foods was tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Asha and the team is very good. Location is convenient. Walking distance from the beach. Very tranquil. Keep up the good work and keep maintaining the level of service👍

The place is ok. Comfortable beds and tidy place however it made me quite angry that when I ordered a taxi they charged me 50$ and they only paid 25$ to the driver and got 50% commission for them. This is not fair and transparent when I actually asked about the reason of the high price. Situation is difficult in Sri Lanka and you should help your brothers instead of taking from every bit. Not honest. I understand commission, but 50% is excessive

I have just come back from a three week stay in Sri Lanka and Epic was the cheapest of the accommodation I booked. The location of this hotel is great as you are about a 5 minute walk from Unawatuna beachfront and a cheap/quick Tuk Tuk drive from the main restaurants, cafes and shops. Hotel is lovely and has a courtyard in the heart of it which acts like a tropical oasis full of plants and nature. The rooms are basic BUT were clean, air conditioned and safe and were regularly cleaned - what more can you ask for. Staff were all super friendly and would do anything to make your stay perfect. Totally worth booking if you are travelling to Una and they also provide you with beach towels.

Были в отеле с 30.12-01.01 попали на Новогодний ужин , он был прекрасен, подавали суп, салат, мясо и морепродукты на гриле, все очень вкусно! У нас был номер 203 делюкс , огромный , а главное очень , очень чистый! Персонал работают очень хорошо, все дружелюбные и готовы помочь всегда и во всем! На Шри-Ланке это особенно ценно) а еще иногда на большое дерево приходят обезьяны) Если еще поеду на остров , обязательно поживу тут сново)

Встречали новый год 2024 в этом отеле, завтраки однообразные но очень вкусны (Фрукты, тосты, чай, кофе, и на выбор яйца (омлет или глазунья), каша овсяная (очень вкусная) или кап кейки. Персонал отличный, Махеш лучный официант, всё делает по их темпу быстро - другие могут забыть по почти что то но это не так важно. При заселении нас поселили Bliss, я так понял второй корпус этого отеля, номер 24-26 кв - жили на 3 этаже, живности в виде геконов и муравьёв в номере - но пугаться их не надо, их не много, если не будите еду оставлять на столе. Рядом в 50 метрах вин шоп, фруктовая лавка - манго брали 1000 рупий за 3 кг, или только привезённое 500 рупий кг. Отдыхом довольны. Были с 2 детьми - кровать для ребёнка была одна, вторую дали за шоколадку, договоритесь если вам нужно, страной довольны. Вокруг отеля видели и варанов и обезьян и павлинов и мангуста и прочих животных.
