Location is good, walking distance is not too far to Ueno train station. We’ve got a room with a space for two people, nice & clean. Amenities kit is not cover cotton pad, not many varieties.

Great location, quiet side of Ueno station. Great restaurant and free flow of in house SAKE! Familymart is round the corner. Ameyoko market is also nearby. Super convenient.

This hotel is our family's stay. Although the room is small, it doesn't feel oppressive. Although the room is small, it has all the necessary features and has enough space. The lobby is designed in Western style and the staff is polite! English communication is very good, because there are foreigners at the front desk, but the toilet is a bit old, and the hygiene is acceptable. Very close to Ueno Station!

As an old user and black diamond user for more than ten years, I can say responsibly that I do not recommend this hotel! I will not stay there again! I booked a three-night stay from Wednesday to Saturday at noon on Tuesday, but soon found that the time had changed. I immediately contacted customer service to request to modify the order and check out early on Friday. I don’t know whether Ctrip did nothing or the hotel did not respond, but it just didn’t work. I applied at the hotel front desk on the spot, but it didn’t work. Checked in to a room of more than 1,000, but there was no free mineral water. This is too exaggerated! Lifted the bed sheet to see that the mattress was old. Except for the good location and being close to Ueno Station, there is nothing else worth recommending.
