The Tango Hotel Taipei Linsen

Taipei Railway Station Taipei|1.06km from Jiancheng Circle
Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III

The service is very good. The room is a little smaller than expected and the soundproofing is average. You can hear some noise when someone walks around outside. The bath, toilet and area for washing face and mouth are separate. As soon as I wash my face and brush my teeth, the floor is all wet, and the water barrier of the shower door is not fixed. After taking a shower, the floor is wet even though there is a towel hanging at the door to absorb water. But the effect is average and the water cannot be absorbed.

My stay at Taipei Yi Su Hotel is truly a positive one. Will definitely book this hotel again if I were to be back in Taipei. The clean room is definitely a huge plus. Additionally, the service staff were really helpful and friendly which made my stay there an enjoyable one. Also, the location is extremely convenient as it is really close to Taipei main station metro station and Ning Xia night market.

The hotel is near to Taipei Main Station, so it's convenient for us who are travelling to Taipei for the first time. The other reviews from fellow travellers helped me find my way to the hotel, use exit Y13 of the Taipei City Mall and it's only about less than 5 minutes walk from there. They allow us to leave our bags in the morning prior to check in time, check in and check out process was smooth, provided iron and ironboard for us, the room was clean. It's just that their definition of making up the room is I guess only throwing up trashes and replacing water bottles. The bed wasn't made up and towels were not replaced every day. Not a dealbreaker for me though. When you are not bringing luggages, I suggest you walk by the roadside, can go down to any exits that you found because walking underground can be suffocating sometimes and it feels farther than it seems for me. 😄 Overall, would stay here again when I come back one day!!

The room feels a little small when you enter the door. You can only open one suitcase. Let's take turns to open it. This is acceptable. The wind direction of the air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted. Even if the temperature is turned up, the wind direction will still blow directly, especially when sleeping on the face, and I have caught a cold after sleeping for a few days. The environmental sanitation is average. Cleaning service is provided for 5 days. I am sure it is really changed every day, because on the first day I saw old blood stains on the sheets, and on the last day there was fresher blood on the bedding, but we did not People are bleeding... and it was late when we returned to the hotel, so we didn't ask for a change. The hair dryer is the kind that can only be blown by pressing it. If you have long hair, you should pay attention to it, and your hands will be sore. The toilet cannot drop paper, only the trash can. If you wipe the toilet paper, you must wrap it well, otherwise you will smell **** all day long Out, I guess its channel is relatively old? When there is a canal smell mixed with a bad smell, the toilet is not ordinary. Its bathtub is very big, and it is still a jacuzzi, but the shower head is broken, and the water will spray out from the shower head. When the water temperature is not adjusted, the hot water will radiate and scald people. However, it has very convenient transportation. Downstairs are Ningxia Night Market, convenience stores and snack shops. Ningxia Night Market has a variety of dishes, unlike other night markets that have too many repetitive dishes. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the MRT station, which is very good.

The Cp value is very high, suitable for temporary accommodation, not so much about the quality of accommodation, after all, it is less than 1,000 a night Two people checked in on the same day and gave us two big double beds, which was great and lucky 🤗 It is very convenient to walk to the night market It's raining that day and there are love umbrellas to borrow ❤️
