We stayed for two nights. The service at the front desk was good, but the room was a bit old. Fortunately, we were not visiting in the summer, otherwise it would have been extremely hot. There was no air conditioning in the room or it didn't work. The room was very dry and uncomfortable, but it was not hot. The water is sufficient and great for taking a bath

The bed was really hard. They don't provide combs or toothbrushes or toothpaste because they want to go for sustainability. The air vent smells like cigarette when we came back on the third day. Staffs are friendly. Cheap only.

Well trained service and reception.
Some clerks speak Japanese so it's very helpful for Japanese.
Easy access to hotel. There is a convenience store very nearby.
Useful and recommendable for business and sightseeing.

Hotel location is good but the hotel is too old and need to do a renovations. Breakfast is poor and service is below expectations. Do remember the check out time is 11 am which is not the norm . If u need extension there is no flexibility and u need to pay 500 for per hour extension. I stay 5 days and the staff don’t even let me extend 1 hours . Service to guest need to be improved
