KTM Resort Batam

Beautiful sea-facing resort and a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. On the first night, we experienced a major air-conditioning leak, but the maintenance team responded immediately and tried their best to fix it. When the issue could not be resolved, they promptly changed our room. The resort is about a 30-minute drive from the major malls, making it peaceful yet still accessible. There is also a restaurant and bar within the premises, along with water sports booking facilities. This was my second stay at this resort, and I would definitely visit again.

The hospitality from this place was awesome. From the drivers to the spa staff, receptionist, security, F&B and even room and mantainence. They're polite and friendly and will always find time to chat or give you recommendations to explore the city. The place was well maintained, with a few newly added accomodations. The food was great too! We loved the variety even though we were there for 3 days, our breakfast was never the same. A fair range of activities. They're highly responsive if you drop them a message on their website, they will connect with you via WhatsApp and requests are very seamless! Plus point, it's elderly friendly as they have buggies to take you to anywhere within the resort.

I am writing to extend my sincerest gratitude to the resort for the exceptional accommodations and services provided during my stay from June 6 to June 8, 2026. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and I hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

2nd visit & its jus as awesome back 2017. Though we booked e sea view bungalow wanting e unblock sea view , we were terrorized by its space & clustured phobic. Dun mention e amount of stairs down and up if u wanna go out fm ur room..Small & balcony & beyond to b seated. Thank god, the deluxe room was avail & we moved. (finally we can breathe & happy). There r newly type of rooms avail too.. Friendly staffs, accomodating our upgrade, buggy rides/ ojek (free) to bring u ard the resort. A one stop family funtastic resort. Pool, Food for lunch, dinner & bbq , Movie Night by e sea, sea sports, atv, spa, best sunset & sunrise to catc, newly hammock on sea, a Statue and temple in there too. Breakfast are varieties and awesome.. Heading out with grab is easy to book..

KTM resort is a nice place to chill and relax. A lot of water sport activity and the massage is very good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. As someone who loves nature and the sea, this place was perfect for me. The location is very convenient, close to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sea view was absolutely amazing — enjoying the beautiful ocean with the cool breeze made the whole experience truly worth it. It was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
