We had to change our plans last minute due to inclement weather and elderly unwell. However, despite cancelling on the morning of the first night, hotel refused to accommodate to cancellation when contacted by Trip. We tried calling the hotel all morning but could only get through in the afternoon. we also emailed them explaining our situation. Hotel staff refused to cancel our booking and we were charged for 4 nights even though we could not make it and informed that we were prepared to pay for 1 or 2 nights’ stay. There is also no reply via email from the hotel.
Due to this unkind inflexibility, lack of empathy and service excellence, and difficulty to contact hotel, we are afraid to try this hotel the next time.
Would like to commend Trip for their excellent service in rendering assistance to negotiate with the hotel and offer of a small amount of Trip credits.

Because it was too late after getting off the plane, I decided to find a hotel to stay in temporarily. The location of this hotel is convenient. When you check in, you will get a welcome wine redemption coupon. Even if you don’t drink, you can exchange it for coffee and other drinks. The decoration design is cute!

We were on a road trip and thought we could walk to the Presidential Palace, so we chose this hotel which we thought was pretty good. We will continue to book this hotel next time we come to Taipei~

There is a welcome drink included, including ********* beer, ice cream, sparkling water, juice and Americano coffee, etc. that can be redeemed, and there is also a free washing machine! Close to the train station, 24-hour front desk, the room is neat and clean... 2 large and 1 small have a good experience, especially the room type with a bathtub is really good, the water pressure is sufficient and the temperature is sufficient.
