The location is absolutely fantastic, with everything you need right outside the door! Highly recommend! You can easily stroll to the beach in the evening or morning and catch a glimpse of the Opera House. It doesn't really matter that it's not a direct, front-row view of the Opera House; the location alone makes up for it. The hallway does smell of paint, though! That needs improvement.
