Near Darling Harbour, takes 15-20 min walk to city centre. Wifi is tricky, says takes AUD10 per 24hr but we checked with reception can just connect it without charge in final bill. Interior old and you have to call for basic amenities like slippers and toothbrush.

The water in the basin does not go..The receptionist of the restaurant for breakfast is cold-faced.

Good location which is nearby my client office that i needed to get to within walking distance. Walkable to most places. Room is modernised but toilet is old, dingy and a bit dirty to be honest. Hair strands on the bath tub upon arrival and everyday (mine excluded) which is a put off.
Daily housekeeping is only to replenish drinks and bed making. I shed my long hair and they are all over the toilet and bedroom floors. On last night, i found a face cloth i used the previous day with makeup stains refolded and put back onto toilet counter top as if it was new...
Breakfast spread is delectable with ability to bring coffee to-go esp if you ate in a hurry in the morning.

The location was perfect, especially with the light rail just below the building. We also had an amazing dinner at the bar on our final night - loved the wagyu beef burger and fish n chips. Even though the rooms looked a bit dated, we still had a comfortable stay.

Very good location for me to attend the event which held at the ICC Sydney.
There are also quite a lot of restaurant around the neighbour.

Great location and lovely buffet. It was a bit strange that they did not supply water each morning. Not a big deal, but just weird. Seemingly, we have to be so gold star member or something like that. However, there is a shop directly across the road so it was an easy fix.

There is no microwave and culinary tools, which are generally provided by majority of motels / suites / hotels. This is the only hotel that does not provide so for my more one week travelling in NSW and Queensland.

Very good service. A/C was not working (okay, it’s winter…but if it’s not possible to open the window…some fresh air would be great)…
