Pros: Great location, decent hotel environment, and a pretty good breakfast spread. Cons: They hardly ever cleaned the room. They even hung a used towel on the luggage rack – and that rack was so dirty! They didn't even empty the trash. Their hygiene standards are really poor. For an international hotel chain, you'd expect at least basic cleanliness.

The room is great, I've already extended my stay for three more days. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the police station, so there's no need to worry about safety. It's also very close to Central and Museum stations. The living environment is pleasant, with many Asian residents, which feels familiar and reassuring. The front desk service is fantastic; they patiently answer questions and provide assistance. We stayed in a king room, which I highly recommend! It's very spacious and well-equipped.

The room was quite spacious; it wouldn't feel cramped even with two people, and for one person, there's plenty of space. Both a large and small suitcase could be fully opened with room to spare. A minor inconvenience was that the bedside power outlets were a bit low, and the one on the right was completely blocked by the mattress. However, there were other outlets available, so it wasn't a big issue. During check-in, the fire alarm went off – quite a novel experience for me. When I opened my door, everyone else was standing outside their rooms looking just as bewildered, haha. It seemed like someone smoking in their room accidentally triggered the sensor. But the fire trucks arrived very quickly; it took less than 10 minutes from the alarm notification to the fire department being downstairs. The all-clear notification also came swiftly. It was quite an interesting travel experience!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance to the train station and light rail. It's also very quiet. With self-service check-in, it seems to be a popular choice among many Asian travelers.
