The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is on the left. I went back to the hotel for a short break at noon. After waking up, I looked for coffee in the room. I only found two plastic coffee cups. I had no choice but to walk to the hotel restaurant. I met a gentleman with glasses. He politely took hand-brewed coffee. Instant coffee is fine. Hot coffee can sweep away the bad mood when you wake up! Thank you! I really liked the hotel a lot! The room is really spacious and comfortable, the inner courtyard is beautiful and the location is great within Gusu! The only slight drawback which i supposed can't be held in an old building is that I found several bugs in the room, in particular across the bed. Also room service forgot a nail on top of it - I am guessing otherwise I have no idea how it got there. Everything else was clean and well managed. Would definetly come again!

The hotel is very new (opened May 2024) with modern furnishing and has a cute voice automation called ”Xiao An”. For me it was more of a gimmick than being practical but still interesting enough to impress my wife who loves electronic gadgets. The hotel is within walking distance to Pingjiang Road. The most outstanding part of the hotel, I must say, is the staff. Everyone of them, without exception, is the friendliest and most helpful lot I have ever met at any hotel who would go out of their way to make sure your stay in the hotel is pleasant and comfortable.

I like this hotel very much! The room, reception area, dining hall are super! Breakfast are varieties choices. The have free supper ie. Dumplings soup, unfortunately I can’t eat cos am vegetarian. The location close to metro station by 500m (5-10min) walk, 观前街just an opposite, walking distance 500m.

Great location for me 15- 20 mins from the railway station and close to the industrial area. Room are spacious , great shower, good breakfast . Staff super nice and helpful. Housekeeping is really busy guess a bit understaffed at the moment For amenities unfortunately gym was under renovation and I booked it for this .. was a little disappointed but would deffo stay here again . Hope it’s finished next time Can order outside food delivery for dinner or there’s a Starbucks and a noodle place around the back of the adjoining building to the hotel .

Was upgraded to suite on non-smoking floor, although in the morning, I found a guest smoking in the lift lobby on non smoking floor. Nice hotel with restaurants in the building. Easy travel by Didi to Suzhou Train Station. Chinese breakfast.

This was a last minute booking for me and my friend as it was late and we were too tired to travel the long journey back home. So we decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful experience for us. This is my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our needs at that hour of the day. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great as well and just what we needed to travel back home. Definitely a favourite hotel for me.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

I was quite satisfied. The waiter was responsive and didn't mind being disturbed at night. He was able to cooperate with my requests. He was willing to provide disposable masks and was very careful to let me take them myself. I don't often stay in non-chain hotels because I'm worried about hygiene issues, but this one is pretty good. I accidentally booked a windowless room, but I didn't feel stuffy. The trip to Suzhou was very smooth. I am grateful for the efforts of the staff!
