The hotel is very good, with a good location, on the 10th floor of Shilu International, and very close to Shantang Street! The receptionist is also good, the lady is gentle and considerate, and she is very considerate of the customers. The hardware facilities are good, and the decoration is simple and elegant. I originally booked for two days, but I had to check out one day in advance because of something. It feels like there are beautiful flowers everywhere in Suzhou City, garden construction, urban greening, residential buildings, shops along the street... It's so beautiful that I can't take it all in. Maybe it's because the people in this city are rich in heart!

Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.
