Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was impressively spacious and very comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive.
Getting around was convenient having the metro station located near to the hotel.
This hotel offers outstanding value for money. Its location is very convenient, with a shopping mall directly across the road offering plenty of dining options, plus several 24-hour convenience stores nearby. Even without breakfast included, finding food was never an issue thanks to the abundance of restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes, and drink shops in the area.
The hotel is situated on the older, more historic side of Suzhou, which is ideal for exploring the city’s ancient charm, canals, and traditional streets. Most of Suzhou’s key sightseeing spots can comfortably be covered within 1–2 days. Getting around is easy as the metro system is clean, affordable, and highly efficient. If you’re looking for a more modern city atmosphere with skyscrapers, upscale malls, and a livelier urban vibe, head to the Jinji Lake area, where you’ll find Suzhou’s contemporary side.
