Fantastic stay at SYYF hotel! Hui Li at reception and the team has been so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and amazing value. I totally recommend SYYF for anybody coming to Guilin. Great stay, location and service!

English speaking staff need to be improved especially at restaurant; it was hard to communicate when you need something during breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable to stay at. I loved the room we were in, it had a beautiful bathtub. The problem we had was the language barrier, we had to repeat ourselves a lot when we needed something or they would send a wrong thing. Also if we left the room we would have to go renew the door card all the times because it expired, it just didn’t make sense. Breakfast needs a little upgrade to accommodate everyone with more options.

The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room and also sent an extra breakfast. The room was spacious and equipped with a yoga mat and a balance ball. The hotel is not in the downtown area and is very quiet, but there are shopping malls and supermarkets around it, and it is only a 5-minute walk to the subway station, which is very convenient.
