It’s okay in general. However, the price of booking is more than seven hundred higher around a week ahead than the booking of two days ahead, and the booking cannot not cancelled to make a rebooking. The hotel is quiet. There is a small hot spring pool opening until 8 o'clock in the evening. Breakfasts in the UK are the same. It does not have the same cost performance as hotels in China.

Wow…wow…wow….if there were 10 star hotels this would definitely be one. My husband stayed here recently and decided to book a couple of nights for my birthday. From the minute we arrived, warm welcome, efficient check in, fabulous room with a lovely welcome birthday plate. Decor is truly delightful. We dined in the restaurant and the food was superb. Excellent service, help with the wine list and friendly efficient well trained staff in every aspect of the hotel. I was brought some complimentary chocolates with a candle after our very enjoyable dinner. A thoughtful treat. My husband enjoyed a round of golf. My stay only got better when I found out the hotel was running a yoga and wellness weekend in honour of St Brigid. Yoga classes by Mona were very relaxing, a wellness walk around the grounds with Jo were super enjoyable and informative and the day was rounded off with an amazing sound healing session with the wonderful Sue. I have never attended a session like this before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt very spoilt, loved our stay and I am already looking at the calendar to plan a return visit. We rounded off our stay with a visit to the Straffan Inn, a lovely local bar made all the more enjoyable with complimentary drop off and pick up from the hotel. Super service, the staff are superb…I could keep gushing. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I booked one night at the Plaza Hotel, and I will never come back here. A very noisy hotel, I returned from the airport at night and thought I would sleep, but early in the morning at 7 o'clock the staff began to make noise in the corridor, they slammed the doors from the pantry and the doors of the landing very hard , asked not to clap, but after 10 minutes everything happened again. My number was 333. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I myself will never go back there.

Visited this lovely hotel last Thursday with my partner for one night, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer , can’t wait to revisit. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out . We couldn’t fault a thing. Receptionist on check in very friendly and helpful and explained everything to us . Got to our bedroom which was lovely and spacious and spotless clean . Decided to have some food in the main bar ( The Bistro) , from food to service we could not fault a thing . Well done to the chefs , mouthwatering bar menu, next time we visit we definitely will try the restaurant for sure . After the meal we decided to go for a walk and explore the grounds of the hotel to walk off the fullness from the lovely food we had in the bar , beautiful grounds and trails/ walkway around the hotel . After the walk we came back to the bar for some Lovely cocktails which were very nice . Breakfast the next morning was outstanding and plenty to choose from the cold buffet and the hot breakfast was very tasty and again outstanding service from the breakfast staff . After the breakfast we had spa treatments booked in and have to say one of the best treatments we had in a long time and again very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. On checkout we got in talking to the general manager Ger I think is his name who was in the lobby and happened to ask us , how our stay was . He informed us that the hotel was recently taking over by FBD hotel group and that they are in the middle of some changes. Very well done to Ger and all the team at Kilashee hotel , one Of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel for any occasions or gatherings. The hotel gives a date feeling, but we find it absolutely no problem. Friendship of the staff, the choice at breakfast, dinner in the restaurant. All is very good. Rooms are spacious, delicious calm so the window can be deliciously open. The hotel is very comfortable and clean towels every day. We have left the car 3 days and have gone to the centre by bus. Buss stop before the door, ideal. We find this hotel a absolute recommender.

This hotel has all anyone needs from a break away it is ideally located next to a lovely vibrant town with the train station across the road trains run to dublin every half hour and if u are visiting croke park for gaa or gareth brooks then the way to travel is by train The staff throughout the hotel in all sectors are very helpful and friendly. the hotel ambiance is excellent and the food is superb their inhouse cafe shoda does coffee and brunch all day i highly recommend this hotel for all visitors liam meade

The hotel facilities are very good, with underground parking, the price is also cheap in Dublin. However, the location is in the suburbs, it is not recommended to live here if it is not self-driving, public transportation is extremely inconvenient. There are some fast food and supermarkets around a kilometer away, but they close early.
