Castleknock Hotel

This is a terrible hotel! First of all, there's no window view like in the pictures, and the lawn is very small! There are two bars downstairs that are open until 2-3 in the morning, and you can hear everything upstairs! It's impossible to sleep! I couldn't sleep well late at night, so I negotiated with the hotel for a one-hour late check-out. The hotel refused. At 12 noon, just as I was packing my bags and preparing to leave, the room alarm suddenly went off, giving me a fright! It was like urging me to leave quickly! I went to the front desk to complain, and the front desk manager said, "Go ahead and complain!" What a terrible attitude! They give good rooms to white people and terrible rooms to Chinese people. I strongly recommend that Ctrip remove this hotel from its reputation rankings!

There is no commercial facilities around the hotel, but there is a golf course nearby. There is a park about 500 meters away. The environment is beautiful, comfortable, pleasant and very quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the coffee tastes good. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean. The room is clean and tidy, with bottled water. The front desk service attitude is good, and the restaurant service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely stay here next time.
