1. It was located in the middle of the citizen’s residential area, near Jl. HR. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn’t quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & washbasin were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and washbasin got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn’t sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel’s guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn’t sure whether I would have another night there again.

Great value, nice hotel generally clean, just a little old. Very kind and helpful staff. Just 1 thing to take note that it's beside a cemetery so stay here only if you're not superstitious. But overall good experience.

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

If you look at the photos i uploaded, it feel like we are not in Ritz Carlton, a brand that sharply promise its excellent services. I dont know what happen to them, but check in only 2 desk, and another spot of check in at very crowd q as well. Guest just waiting like in a bus terminal and while seeing check in process took 30 minutes avg per one guest. Staff promise to take care my room key, but very surprise she only made a statement and never appear to follow up on her promise to me. They just horrible not at the right time, new year holiday season. I just get into my room at 4PM and still without room key, so i am waiting there without any room light.

The hotel room is a bit small, there are shopping malls around it, no towels and bath towels are provided, a deposit is required, the floor is a bit dirty, the quilt and sheets are a bit dirty, the pillows are relatively clean.

This hotel is amazing! It has a lot of facilities and everything is really convenient. My room was really big. It's probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The hotel staff are extremely polite! I recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Jakarta!

One of selections hotel while visit Jakarta the capital of Indonesia, the place absolutely fine room was comfy and the staff also nice , overall was great stay during the time there is no complaint during stay and perhaps will getting better in future
