Manhattan Hotel Jakarta

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I had requested a small birthday surprise for my father in advance, and the hotel kindly prepared a birthday cake for him. It was beautifully arranged and made his day truly special. We really appreciated the effort. Security at the entrance was well managed, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. All staff members were professional, warm, and attentive. The breakfast spread was exceptionally diverse, with a wide range of Western, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian dishes, as well as desserts and fresh fruits. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again.

Need urgent refurbishment, wear and tear. Not worth for 5 stars

The room is quite old,and the bedframe is actually a bit dangerous, especially when the lights is of,I city ankle twice, The breakfast amazing

Good facilities and location. Services also good. Free breakfast also nice with a lot of food choices. 👏

The hotel room was rundown and seriously need an upgrade / renovation. Room was so disappointed with old furniture, refrigerator and tv. Really wonder how they got 5 stars for this hotel.

Also tu hotel staff Suci, Ria and Nabila, very helpful on breakfast time. This staff should get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Semoga mereka ni akan mendapat lebih anugerah dari pihak Manhattan Hotel. We have been staying here every time we are in jakarta. Most hotels would have given us some loyalty points for that but not here. Anyway, our last stay in early may was quite disappointing. On the first day, as we turned the sheets to get into bed, we were shocked to see that our sheets were filthy, with lots of blood staibs. Looked like they havent changed the sheets after the previous clients. We had to get them changed.that night.

Overall experience was good. Would rate a high 4stars. Everything is good, except rooms are slightly older due to all the years. Things like hair dryer has to be improved. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.
