Hotel isn’t the most convenient but you get lots of peace and quietness. Was surprised that the bathrobes had to be requested. Breakfast was also below average. Lack of variety and quality, regreted the purchase. Sourdough bread seems to have been there for days. But other then that, hotel room has high ceilings and big mirrors and I’m a big fan of the colonial design!

A very pleasant stay! I have always had a good impression of the hotels under the Far East Group. This time I stayed at the Adina Apartment. As expected, it was still very pleasant. Excellent location, convenient transportation, comprehensive room facilities, and thoughtful and warm service... are all plus points for this trip. We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Reviewing their breakfast! Please try to book breakfast if you are staying here. It will be at 15 Stamford. Their variety is impressive and they have pretty signages too. And they also offer sparkling wine! And eggs benedict is included under their egg station. How cool are these! Must try include their smoked salmon eggs benedict, nasi lemak, bread station with different muffin daily, salad bar and of coz sparkling wine if you are an adult. Their tea comes in pretty teapots too!

Location is very convenient with Bugis Junction at its doorstep and MRT lines too. Food in the hotel restaurants and room service is amazing. Room is great with fluffy bedroom slippers and separate bath tub and standing shower. The only thing that can be improved is their car park as most 5 star hotels provide complimentary parking but not this one as the car park belongs to the mall. But if you are not driving then this won't be an issue to you as MRT station is nearby. Overall, customer service from their front line and housekeeping/room service is top notch! Will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days with my family from June 1st to June7th. Right from the Check in till I Checked Out, I didn’t have any issues. During my entire stay, I could interact with many staffs & all of them did their best pleasingly to help me. During Check in “Christina” was the lady in the reception. Including myself we were five people ( 2 Adults & 3 Children ). We asked for a connecting room. Immediately she made arrangements & provided us. After getting into that room I said, we would prefer a different room as there were no shelves & we were with luggages. Once again, without hesitation she arranged a better room. She was an inspiration for me. Thank You “Christina”. Since the flight was late in the evening on our Checkout date we requested for a late checkout. It was provided. Everything was addressed with care throughout my stay. Another important fact is, this hotel is right next to the Bencoolen MRT which made our commuting very very easy. I would 100% recommend this hotel

A few Churches around (St Peter, St Joesph, CHIJMES, etc.), and a food court at the mall opposite to hotel. Around 10 minutes walking distance to Bugis, you can walk along the night market street to Bugis or back to hotel. There is an express route 502 directly from IMM (outlet mall) to Hotel. Staff are helpful and nice. However, room is a bit small to place luggage.

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.
