Hotel 81 Premier Star (Staycation Approved)

The room is not so clean as there are dust on table, mirrors. The wifi speed is good.

Walkable distance from nearest coffeeshop & convenience store. Decent cleanliness. Toilet ventilation is bad. Have a lingering damp smell. Very generous when it comes to asking for extra coffee/tea satchets, towels & pillows. Room soundproof is inadequate. Can hear people walking and closing the door from outside. TV provided with local channels and YouTube. Other international channels are not functioning. TV provided has no hdmi cable, so cannot plug in with laptop to watch Netflix or Disney+. We got the highest floor (level 8) so we had a good view. If compared to other hotel 81s, this one is much better. Best perk is free parking provided in building. First come first served. Parking is quite narrow and limited but still free.

Convenient location with free parking. Room is a bit small. Basic stuffs like towels, toothbrushes, 2 in 1 shampoo, tea, coffee and a bottle of water provided. Still ok for the price paid. However the walk-in rate is cheaper than booking through this app :( Next time maybe will try Hotel 81 Orchid which the staff said it's renovated recently.

Simple, I like it! One of the best hotel 81 around the area. Was given level 8, highest floor. 5 mins walk to bustop towards city but you have to walk further to the opposite side to take bus towards paya lebar, kembangan onwards. Mrt to kallang is a walking distance so I rather take bus or grab home. I don’t mind coming again for rest and chill.
