The overall service of the hotel was excellent. They welcome us with complimentary chocolates when we told them we were there to have an early birthday celebration for my wife. They sent their staff to help us when we could not connect our mobile phone to the TV. Not forgetting the excellent views from infinity swimming pool and room. They made the stay pleasant for us. However, they could improve on telling guests how to get to the Skypark. The staff of the club were not too friendly when we lost our way and asked for directions.

Had another amazing stay at Fullerton Bay Hotel. The room and service are amazing. Can really feel that the management's focus is in enhancing guests' experience as the staff were very well trained and rewards loyalty. I was granted a late check out without needing to request for it! There were even welcome fruits and red wine. Our only issue was the noise from the nearby pubs that probably continued on till 12 midnight. We already closed the balcony door but guess the music is simply too loud. And we could never get chromecast as the queue is very long? Would definitely come back, if my wallet allows

Overall from counter to room services is great.room is spacious and comes w outdoor seating.only thing need to feedback is while we are cleaning the bathtub using bath tub tap,the water coming out is yellow in color w some black particles.we allow the water to clear.then 2nd time the water is normal already.u may wan to look again on this issues for your future customers who may be using the bath tub. Like to thank all staffs n managements who has prepare the bday setup and slice of cake for my gf. Will be back again.

Second stay at MO. Service was fantastic and staff were helpful as usual, and the front office manager, Mike was constantly checking with me to see that everything was going well.  The premier suite was large and spacious, with a good view of the city, on a high floor I enjoyed the bikecation very much, it was nice and convenient, and I managed to do quite a lot of cycling throughout my 2 days at the hotel without having to rent a bike from elsewhere. One suggestion that I thought could be better was perhaps to rent the bikes out later than 7pm? Understand the hotel stops at 7pm for various reasons, but the night view at Marina Bay is amazing and it would be nice to be able to cycle around the area at night Breakfast at Melt cafe was very good in terms of spread and quality , and the service staff, especially Nancy, was just as friendly, although they were all very professional. Mary-Ann from room service was also very helpful when we were a bit unsure with usage of the switches in the suite Their christmas dinner was also fantastic, the food was fresh and tasted good, and plates were cleared timely. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel lounge, especially during evening canapés. Just take note, if you are booking a club room, that the hotel adheres to the dress code very strictly and shorts are not allowed in the lounge, which is very cosy.  I say this because some hotels do not enforce the dress code. I was caught completely off-guard and did not bring any pants. The hotel, however, was kind enough to lend me one so that I could use the lounge. Would definitely return when the price is right. Moreso if they include the bicycles in a future package. It would also be nice if they could allow us to use the bikes later than 7pm to better appreciate the city's night view (and also as a sort of 'after dinner' cycle)

Birthday staycation for my girlf was perfect. Everything from staff’s coordination to their thoughtful offer. Pre-ordered the rose-petal bubble bath & arranged flower delivery through email without any hassle. Shoutout to the staff that helped us check-in, surprised that he is intuitive in communicating with me for the birthday cake delivery, even with my girlf standing near me! Besides the gorgeous view of Singapore’s skyline, we would love to revisit for the amazing service provided.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

Booked the Cutler Suite for 2 nights for my girlfriend’s birthday celebration 🎉 I had informed the hotel via their live chat on their official website to add my girlfriend’s name into the booking as she was heading over to check in first, and mentioned that it was a birthday celebration for her when they asked if there was anyth else they should take note of Upon arrival, my girlfriend received a pleasant surprise when they gave a free upgrade to the Collyer Suite 🥳 The room was really spacious and well equipped with all the amenities you would ever need like cutlery, oven, stove, dishwasher, water heater, and also a filtered water tap to drink from. There was a separate living area and bedroom, both spacious and comfortable to be around in. The only feedback would be that the room seemed a little dim lit during the night / when the curtains were closed, maybe more lamps or lights would be nicer There is no parking at the property itself so we had to park nearby @ OUE Bayfront, a 3 mins walk away which was not too bad, but a little pricey as we checked out on a Monday. The prices over the weekends were not too bad as it was per entry. Overall it was a nice stay and check in / check out was easy and fuss free 👍🏼

Had one of the best experience staying here. We booked the Urban Suite room to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday with our family members. Upon checking in, they gave my daughter a little box of chocolate which is so thoughtful. I went to ask for another one cause my daughter finished them up so quickly lol. And the receptionist took a bigger box this time and said to share with the whole family. How sweet. We had to wait a little longer for the room to be ready but it wasn’t really a big deal cause we could still wait in the room while they clean up the living room. The room we booked comes with breakfast but initially it’s at a restaurant which is not halal certified. Luckily there’s another restaurant that’s available for breakfast and it’s halal certified. So we were told to go there instead. There’s a playroom available near the lobby which is great to get the kids to play together. And we got a late check out at 3pm.

An amazing experience, the room featured a great view and i got a surprise upgrade to the panoramic suite, which featured a kitchen area with full length fridge and a balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding area, special thanks to lux, making it possible to have a wonderful 24th birthday. Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

This hotel is a must-stay for those aiming for the absolute comfort of rest and minutes of detail. Check-in is a pleasure in my case, useful info was provided and the service is superbub, the elevator is very fast with little to no waiting time. The bed is top-notch and the room is quite spacious with a good view of the marina bay. One down point is that the breakfast is quite crowded despite its high-quality food, the hotel quickly utilized the lobby lounge for breakfast, which demonstrates what utmost hospitality in the hotel business looks like once again. We feel valued as individuals and appreciate the services provided promptly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Singapore.

“Wow! Wow! Wow!” That’s how i felt the moment i stepped into So Sofitel! Sooooo beautiful and romantic as if i was in Paris! Be it in the room, corridor or lobby…especially the room! Loved to see the beautiful ceiling the moment i opened my eyes! Loved the shower! Felt fasinated with the light above me. Pool was fantastic too with awesome scenary! Just next to the Lau Pa Sat, make it easy for us to choose our food. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Service was great. Food selection was not so good and the ambience of the restaurant could have been much better to match the hotel interior. Only flaws in the hotel is defintely to wash all the curtains, cushions, and sofa seats and to replace the fading words of the amenity box in the room.
