Very beautiful and spacious room, hotel also gave us a tasty chocolate birthday cake from shophouse.  Bed was big and comfortable Personalized check-in at Valley Wing also meant that there we didnt need to queue at the tower wing  Breakfast was nice, although it would be good if the eggs were not included into the selection of 2 dishes, especially since eggs are also available in The Line. Hotel gave us late checkout until 3pm. Huge gym and pool Staff were mostly proactive and friendly, especially Peggy, Raja, Yusuke, and Fabian who were always ready to help Misunderstanding where the staff told me to wear pants to the Summit Room/Valley Wing lounge but actually berms are allowed too

We stayed here as we felt that having more space would be easier with two young children. The hotel itself is again very dated which shocked us a little due to the price you are paying. The staff are very helpful and ordered taxis when we requested them. The facilities within the hotel such as having a washing machine and dryer in the basement which was free to use and didn't require any products is very helpful and was used often. There is also a washer and dryer on every floor but you need to supply the products for that one - which we didn't feel was viable for such a short stay. Our 2 bed apartment was very spacious and well looked after by the housekeeping team. We weren't able to use the pool as this was down for maintenance but we did go to the hotel pool which was lovely but a little dated. I would have preferred there to be less inconsistencys within the hotel for example one breakfast we had at the buffet we weren't charged for our 6 year old but for our second trip we were which was a little confusing.

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

The local customer helped to order it. The swimming pool is 40 meters long, the room is clean, the kitchen is equipped with Chinese and Western kitchen utensils and rice cookers are also available. Clean, the cleaning towel will be changed every day. There are both Chinese and Western varieties for breakfast, and there will be some small changes every day. The coffee is delicious and fully meets the needs. The geographical position is superior, five minutes' walk from the Orchard Road shopping mall, each shopping mall will have a large food court underground. It is also very close to the Botanical Garden, and I often go for morning jogs. The distance from the hotel to the Botanical Garden is about 8 kilometers. All in all, this is the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. It is highly recommended and will choose next time.

Had a fantastic stay again at St Regis. The room is awesome, as always. Very big at 50m2 with king sized bed and lots of sitting area. The iconic marble bathroom comes with bathtub and bath salt, separate toilet and shower area. There is also a small walk in wardrobe. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. It was very hard to get up in the morning haha! Service was great too. Indicated that we are celebrating birthday and they gave is birthday cards, a small cake and fruits. Staff are also prompt in dealing with our requests. All requests made via call were delivered within 15mins. The only thing that was lacking was no view. We booked the executive room which faces the condo. Wasnt a big issue with us as the room more than make up for the lack of view. Would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel is very beautiful, very new, and the overall space is very large. The facilities in the room are very good. Wet and dry are separated. There is a bathtub for taking a bath. The hotel swimming pool is also very beautiful and suitable for taking photos and checking in. The location is close to Orchard and it is convenient to go anywhere. It just takes 10 minutes to go to the mrt, but it's acceptable Can stay again next time if you have a chance

I stayed at Le Grove Serviced Residences (SG Clean), 11 minutes walk to Orchard Road, for two weeks (Sep 2023). Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is simply a 3 minutes’ walk. I booked for a One Bedroom “Deluxe” (46 m²). The residence consists of 1 living room with a kitchenette, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). I was allowed an “early check-in”, which is a great bonus. A welcome hamper (Tea, coffee biscuits. Etc), is presented upon arrival. Staff were polite and informative. . The premises are quiet and homy. The water pressure of the head shower was strong and invigorating. This room has a washer/dryer and cloth rack, which I found handy. There is NO oven, the microwave will suffice (defrost & baking). You will need to bring your slippers & bathrobes with you. The furniture is basic and the layout is practical. Toiletries are amply provided. Housekeeping, did the daily cleaning perfectly. . There is a FREE shuttle bus every day (except Sunday), making 14 trips a day and stopping at 9 destinations. Free Shuttle bus to Orchard Road is included. I highly recommend using the shuttle service, it is very convenient. . However, my only concern was that the apartment was located on the ground floor opposite the swimming pool, hence my privacy was compromised. I would have preferred a 1st floor apartment for complete privacy. SEE photos.

We enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower were very nice... the aircon was very noisy and couldn’t up or down the fan ... but we hear they will refurbish soon ... we just hope the price don’t keep going up! Thank you for accommodating our (sometimes) last minute changes and ”custom” requests. It also helped us to keep within budget.  Thank you once again for all the arrangements you made for us. You even arranged for your colleagues to provide water for us - I don't remember that being part of the package - we are so thankful for this bonus as it did come in handy when the young adults got thirsty.   Your sound system was also fantastic! I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

We got the connecting rooms that we needed after an hour or two of delay, but it was worth the wait. Thankful for the complimentary drinks while we waited. I stayed here for three nights for a business trip in October. This is not a 5 star hotel as what it claims to be. Lobby is small, the room is old, and water pressure of the bath room could be stronger. One of the room cards they gave me at the front desk was not working. Then the second time I had to go back to them for changing the room card was on that extra night I booked at the same room (it’s even done before arriving Singapore). I think their room card system is old and would not adjust accordingly to changes made to the bookings. Therefore, I think it’s overpriced comparing to other hotels on the same street (Orchard Road) If you viewed it as a four star, services in general was fine. Good choices and services for breakfasts.

Not my first time staying in this hotel in Steven Road. They have bus transfer to orchard road and mrt station so good for those who dont drive. It has a classy reception area with crystal hanging from the ceiling. This time round not sure if they have change to another lobby scent. Personally i do not like it… one had to wait for awhile to check in as there were many guests. Room is clean and all the room amenities are available. Maybe Accor could look into changing the towels as some are fraying off. Notice that this time round the lifts are very stuffy and it s seem to have no fan blowing in it. My second time having breakfast in Food exchange but this time is huge disappointment. The varieties has been reduced slightly. The section for porridge , dimsum… the stove is not really working. Hence the food is not hot. Compared to first time round, i dont think i will want to spend my money here.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)
