Room is clean but no slippers inside. Floor is dirty when bed moved. Not providing bottled water anymore
Breakfast included not worth it and on ll y served for short period.

I would like to thank value hotel....bcz the room view was amazing i requested I want the upper level they accept my request then they give me a 9 floor it was amazing...cleaning was superb thank u so much for fulfilling our wish...

Location was ok , got bus station. Mrt is a bit further. Nearer mrt is novena or toa payoh.
Ac is not working well and was leaking water too, but can't complain much for the price you pay for. Just a Quick sleep and go if on budget. Got a decent size swimming pool and also a gym room . Few eateries around .

Extremely poor sound proofing, you'll feel it at 11pm or 6am when u need sleep the most and you'll know the rest of your neighbours just woken up and starts their noisy conversations

No fridge
Clean & functional room
Size good for 1 pax, cramp for 2 pax, do not try for more than 3 pax

Too bad. Room not attractive, old paint colour. Room was not cleaned, very dusting, spiders web can be seen clearly all around corners. Air conditioning not well. Bad experience

Aircon sucks. It didnt even get colder during our whole stay. Its colder in the corridors compare to our room.
