I believe the staff support could be better. Most of the time no one is there in the counter, which is annoying. There is a money deposit system which is annoying. The room is very small compared to price, if they provided better service, i could have given them higher rating.
I stayed there for 2 nights, the AC, was not maintained, lot of sound. Room is very small, the water shower faucet shower faucet leaking everywhere. On the second day, i asked for room cleaning to clean the room, they said only towel, water can be changed, bed cover changes require more money.
The location is very good, as location is near to MRT. Food restaurants are near, but most of the restaurant are south Indian. Overall i did not like the hotel much. Location is great, food ok.
I enjoyed my stay overall. However, on the day of checkout, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff members. He seemed quite moody and did not allow me to finish explaining my request before immediately declining it.
I had simply asked whether a late checkout until 12:00 PM (instead of 11:00 AM) would be possible, but the request was not accommodated. While I understand that late checkouts may not always be available, I would have appreciated a more courteous and professional response.
We arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. The front desk staff was very nice; they didn't receive my booking due to a system error. Although they didn't speak Chinese, they upgraded our room and called a duty colleague who spoke Chinese to explain everything to me. They even gave us complimentary breakfast. Since I was traveling alone with two kids, I felt a bit unsafe staying in the Little India area, even though the hotel was very friendly. There were just too many Indian people outside when we left. There's an S7 convenience store downstairs. We weren't really used to the hotel's breakfast, but the toast with chocolate spread was decent! The hotel also offers currency exchange, and it's very close to the Little India MRT station!
If you are looking for a spot that hits the sweet spot between value and comfort, this is it! The location is perfect, making it incredibly easy to get around, but the real standout is the ambience. It has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in.
The entire space is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, which is always a top priority for me in a shared living environment. While it’s ideal for those on a budget, you don't feel like you’re sacrificing quality. If you're the type of traveler who spends the day exploring and just needs a reliable, spotless, and friendly place to recharge at night, I highly recommend staying here!
Well appointed hotel in a great central location for exploring Singapore. Close to MRT and easily accessible. Being on the doorstep of Little India there isn’t much variety to restaurant options without walking a decent distance.
Swimming pool was lovely. Laundry machines a really positive bonus.
The coffee machine was out of order more often than it worked but a minor issue. Free drinking water fountains also a plus.
I had an ok stay here. The price is absolutely unbeatable for what you get. Location-wise, it’s great—walking distance to the MRT station and right in the heart of a lively neighborhood. A huge plus is that Mustafa Centre is right there. Cleanliness is ok. 7/10 would stay again!
This was my first trip to Singapore, and I chose this hotel. The hotel is clean, the room was very clean, and everything was comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is a kitchen on the 4th floor, as well as an ironing room and a laundry room.
There is a large shopping mall near the hotel with many options available. It took me about 25 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The metro station is also nearby.
I also requested a late check-out, and they allowed me to stay until 1 PM free of charge.
I recommend this hotel!
The slogan is quite interesting: 'Singapore's only hotel where each room can accommodate six people,' under the Marriott brand. Reviews are mixed, but considering a preference for greater comfort, we ultimately chose it. The multiple occupancy is primarily achieved through bunk beds.
**Environment:** Located in Little India, close to the MRT station, and not too far from the airport, the location is very suitable. You can stroll through Little India and visit temples nearby.
**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy, including the bunk beds.
**Facilities:** It still embodies Singapore's characteristic of making the most of every inch. The bathroom is very small, and the room isn't as large as it appears in pictures. The biggest 'bug' is shown in picture 6: the side passage is already very narrow, serving both as an entrance/exit and a walkway, yet a shelf board was installed there. While it provides a bit more space for belongings, you're bound to bump your head if you're not careful. The orientation of this board in our room was different from the pictures; if you get one with that orientation, definitely ask for a different room.
**Service:** Overall very efficient. Breakfast was the most satisfying part, with a customizable menu (five options in total), including appetizers, main courses, side dishes, juice, and tea or coffee. The taste was good and fresh.
**BTW:** The price at this hotel is quite similar to official channels, so if you care about SPN, you can book directly.
There's parking available on the side of the hotel, making airport transfers very convenient.
A boutique hotel tucked away in a corner of Little India. Location is excellent, you can walk to Jalan Besar MRT train station located 3 minutes away and Little India MRT 10 minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants, hawker centre and coffee shops around this hotel, 7-11 on the next street. Also a restaurant on level 1. Loft room on level 4 is equipped well enough for your hotel needs. There’s complimentary refreshments and washing machine/dryers on level 2 with a small dip pool to soak in after a day of exploring. The hotel staff is amazing, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall, had a great experience stay here for 6 nights. Would recommend!

CChenxiaojieAll rooms lack windows; even those with a 'window' can't be opened, so essentially, there are no windows. It's conveniently located near two subway stations, making transportation easy. You'll find a lot of Indian people around. The room and bed are incredibly small, but it's clean. It's situated right by a main road, and there's a Ya Kun Kaya Toast nearby for breakfast.
JJillianaaThe hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging.
AAnonymous UserThe room is incredibly compact, but it's well-equipped with everything you need. You'll definitely have to plan your space carefully when organizing your luggage. It's very clean, which is a plus, but the downside is there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your heavy bags up and down the stairs.
JJEONGUKIt is a general accommodation.
It's relatively clean and well organized.
There are two shopping centers nearby, so it is convenient to buy the necessary items ㅇㄱㆍ
GGuest UserI left my luggage in room 302, but I have an unexpected work commitment and need to go home. My friend will come to pick up my luggage for me. I would be very grateful if the hotel could help deliver my friend's luggage.
NNOTE-SERUSPhilip hotel is located between DTL Jalan Besar and NEL Ferrer Park, nearby Mustafa Mall, surrounding Indian neighbourhood. Breakfast is available, lift is not available, deposit is 50 SG Dollar.

GGuest UserGood location with MRT, bus, food, guan yin temple. 2 small water bottle FOC daily. Chinese counter staff friendly. Good room clean.
They charge SGD10 per hour for early check out, and make sure you check out on time 12pm else min SGD25 for 2 hours. They will call to your room at 12.00pm AND 12.10pm to make sure either you pay another SGD25 or check out. Their cleaning staff will sit in front of the stairs and wait for you to come out so they can do their job. 4th floor climbing stairs every in and out, no elevator no escalator. Bathroom very small. Water outlet very small. One of the plug is spoil, cannot be used.
Will not come again. Not recommended. Near many hotel. Can try other hotel nearby.
