Hotels near Yuanmingyuan Park, Shenzhen

Near the business trip, the transportation is convenient, just 2 minutes walk from the subway exit, very close to the Window of the World and Splendid China, it is a pity that Shenzhen has been raining for two days and cannot go to play. The front desk lady is very good and very warm. The rooms are also very clean. The bedding in Vienna has always been trustworthy. Very comfortable.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

The location of this hostel is great. OCT Loft is one of the creative spaces, and this place has so many coffee shops. The nature is so nice, and there are many places where you can take photographs. You can walk around and enjoy the many trees and small bars. The hostel itself is really good, although the rooms are not that great. Overall, the hostel building is a bit old and not very modern, but the common space is very good. There is also a lounge, which is mostly empty. If you want to have a call or meeting, you can use the lounge. In this hostel, the rooms have two beds per person. The rooms are normal, not very fashionable or modern. The cleanliness is also normal, but it doesn't smell. Overall, it's a great opportunity to explore Shenzhen.

Facilities: Just completed renovation, OK. Hygiene: clean and hygienic. Environment: Located in Overseas Chinese Town, the surrounding environment has complete facilities and is close to the subway station, which is very convenient for transactions. Service: OK, breakfast is rich.

The hotel in the district of OCT. it is difficult to find the hotel by car. So you must really know the road to the hotel front door. The location is far from the subway. Maybe about 20 min walk. In The neighborhood are a lot of taxi. You can easily get a taxi to go about everywhere. The hotel is neat. A little bit outdated, but still neat enough to be considered well maintained. Maybe my room was upgraded. The room is very big. The bed is comfortable enough, but for me a little bit too hard. In this neighborhood the hotels are a little bit expensive for the quality you get. But compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood it is for now the best for the money you spend.

Hotel front desk a thumbs up as she let us just check in early as flight arrived early ie before 12 pm likely bcoz room available at that time. Unlike other hotel very restrictive even there are rooms avail to check in. Another thumbs up is the housekeeping lady Deng Mei Gui gave a good service on top of checking with us if we need anything. Just a stone throw away the Metro entrance. TV should have some english channel for foreigner like myself rather than offering only local programme. There is a nice barbecue duck, goose, pork and chasiew fastfood stall outside the hotel and just next to entrance into the Metro recommended to have a quick lunch/dineer. Good view facing the seafront overlooking HK land.

The hotel service is very good, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, the sanitation is very clean, close to the scenic area, easy to get in and out, and very comfortable overall. Clean, spacious and bright, convenient facilities, enthusiastic front desk service, high efficiency, basically responsive, parking is also very convenient, very satisfied with the stay!

Met up at the plush Langham for a girls weekend! We selected the Executive Lounge access and so worth it! From the breakfast, to the tea time and fresh scones, and wrapping it up with amazing cocktails made by Rossin with a great view. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom feels calming/spa like. I truly had a wonderful time with long time friends and could focus on our time together as the hospitality made us feel at home. The Dukes restaurant food was delicious as well! Had to rush out fast in the morning. and the concierge was so helpful getting me in a cab and telling the cab driver my next destination. Thank you for the wonderful experience Langham! We will be back!

The air in the room was chokingly moldy. It looks like their air conditioning is designed such that it leaks water inside the ceiling, which is now thorough molded. The front desk people were nice, though! :)
