New hotel almost looking exactly like Hilton Home but cheaper. Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit off.

Service of the counter staff was not attentive enough, for a 1st timer in ShenZhen, would expect the hotel staff to provide more help in getting around - train station, resturant etc. but unfortunately no. Getting around by taxi only as the train station was far from the hotel. However, one compliment ~ my parcel was send to me when i arrived, which is a plus.

The hotel is good, but the price is expensive.

The room is elegantly decorated and comfortable, clean and hygienic but with a slight odor. The bright spot is the latex pillows which are very comfortable to sleep on, but the dark spot is the breakfast, which is better not to have.

The environment and service are average, which is much different from Qiyue opposite.
