This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room was spacious and well-lit, the bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and responsive, and the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. It's really great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

New hotel almost looking exactly like Hilton Home but cheaper. Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit off.

Service of the counter staff was not attentive enough, for a 1st timer in ShenZhen, would expect the hotel staff to provide more help in getting around - train station, resturant etc. but unfortunately no. Getting around by taxi only as the train station was far from the hotel. However, one compliment ~ my parcel was send to me when i arrived, which is a plus.

The hotel reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were large, clean, and had a great view. They even had a food delivery robot, which was very convenient. I'm a regular customer and always stay here whenever I come.

There is no grievance, no enmity, why are you angry with the guests? 😂I travel for business all year round, and this is the first time I encountered a hotel that doesn’t know how to settle accounts. Think about it carefully. For such a small thing, two bad reviews will not only affect your own performance, but also affect the image of the entire hotel. How long will it take to earn back these two bad reviews? It’s really not worth it for you.
