Service of the counter staff was not attentive enough, for a 1st timer in ShenZhen, would expect the hotel staff to provide more help in getting around - train station, resturant etc. but unfortunately no.
Getting around by taxi only as the train station was far from the hotel.
However, one compliment ~ my parcel was send to me when i arrived, which is a plus.
