Clean and like royal hotel

Nice hotel, wonderful pool, easy to find foods and shopping. my kids love this place. we'll come again.

The stay was good. However, there is a blackout which caused some inconveniences.

Good location with the biggest mall connected. Room is big with Brunei traditional style decor. The only thing I would complain is the network is not fast enough that I had to buy some mobile date to be able to work online.

Rizqun is definitely great and convenient, can't wait to come back here again soon :)

The best local choice

The staff are friendly and the hotel is quite good, but the internet speed is too slow. It is convenient for dining or shopping nearby and has good access to the city.

We spent 1 night in this hotel during the month of Ramadan 2024. The hotel was quiet and quite empty. We enjoyed the fine and articulative interior design throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and the furniture is old. There are many sockets in the room but not all work. Air conditioner was too cold with or without it on. Basic amenities are there and we were allowed to have as many bottle of drinking water as we wanted during the hot weather. Swimming pool and the gym are great and kids would love the children's playground and pool. Breakfast was not satisfactory. Not much choices and not interesting. The biggest Gadong Mall is linked to the hotel but that time we went, the whole food court was closed until 6.oo pm. During the evening, there were so many people eating and shopping happily.

The room we were given was spacious. After staying for 2 nights in a budget hotel, we sorely needed better accommodations and this hotel did not disappoint. Location - it is adjacent to The Mall, one of the biggest in Brunei. it is walking distance to the Gadong NIght Market which we frequented for dinner for the experience as well as affordability. Room - Very spacious, complete with a sofa, chairs and a big flat screen TV. Although there was limited channer selections. Wifi - was spotty, and keeps on dropping out when one move around the hotel. Restroom - It had 2 bathrooms which was convenient. There was a separate tub and shower stall. The water pressure was good. Very spacious and topnotch amenities. Breakfast Buffet - good selection and good service. Servers could be more welcoming, but that could be just the way they are in Brunei. Overall this is a very good hotel to stay in Brunei and I would recommend this to those on leisure and business travel

Stayed 3 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. Convenient location as it was within a mall with a cinema on the top floor. Central location and in a quiet commercial area.

Very spacious room with very strong AC. It’s still very cold even though I turned it off. The property is old and a little rundown. Wifi is very unstable. Not recommend for business trip. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though.
