A beautiful, romantic, relaxed place with beautiful, friendly, consummately professional staff. Our lake view room was perfect, had everything one could want, and was kept immaculately by the the cleaning staff. Our stay was made especially wonderful by all the hardworking hotel staff, the bar staff and receptionists, including the lovely sisters Julia, Elena, and Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro, and Raoul, who seranaded us on the piano on our last evening after serving us Franciacorta, the delicious local wine. We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

The hotel is located on the nearby road to the centre, so comfortable to visit the city, walking. The informal and tendency-based environment has been voted on the modern approach to the offer of services. The room is not very large and has essential furniture that is comfortable for one night. Clean room. Adequate and clean bathroom.

My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the room is good all over but the beds and kitchens are not perfectly clean. The location is quite central and the parking is free and comfortable. The Spa is a little too expensive, I think we haven't tried it

I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel for my stay in San Pellegrino! Probably the best value out of any place I have ever stayed in my life (and I travel non stop). The check in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Andrea was a stand out as he gave me great advice on hiking trails, where to get some essentials, and some recommendations for the spa and area. The room was wonderful, made even more exceptional by the complementary minibar full of local snacks and a range of San Pellegrino beverages to try. Not only this but the complementary toiletry kit was a super high standard and very luxurious. I loved using the Marshall amp speaker for my music and was pleased by the supersonic hairdryer. This was a 10/10 stay, I only wish I had longer here it was hard to leave. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, even the most discerning of guests. Thank you to the QC Room team for making my stay so perfect. I will be back!

Right place for a romantic weekend. Friendly personnel. The breakfast was pretty well organized; I'd recommend this hotel also for the practical location near the access to the city and the main road to the turistic places
