The service at the front desk was very good. My friend lost her mobile phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in helping to translate and contact. Highly recommend this hotel during winter as it’s connected to Sapporo Station for your daily commute and meals! Do travel via GF to hotel with luggages as from B1 there are flight of stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down. Room was spacious, enough for us to open up 3 big luggages with a room of 3 sleeping. Staff were friendly and responsive! The underground walkway can link through to Odori station too!

Excellent location, very close to the airport bus station and the Nakajima Koen station's escalator. It is also very close to the lower part of the Susukino district and there are a bunch of restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was okay, we have had better breakfast before but to be honest the breakfast is actually very good for this price point. Delicious ice cream is available during breakfast and it's from the Niseko Takahashi Farm. There is a coffee corner at the lobby and serves drinks from 3-10pm iirc.

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!

The hotel has an excellent location, being near a shopping street and a mall. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The train station at Susukino is conveniently accessible, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. However, while the room size was satisfactory, the carpet was a bit old and dirty.

The room is large, and there is a dedicated luggage room, which is great. The hotel is about 400 meters walk from the subway Nakajima Park. You can walk to Tanukikoji, Odori Company, Nijo Market, and JR Sapporo Station. It is very convenient and has a rich breakfast. It's a great resort.

Yo, so I stayed at this hotel, and it was pretty comfy, I'd give it a 4 out of 5. But the pillows were way too small and soft, man. Like, I couldn't even get a good night's sleep. And the cleanliness was alright, but the carpet in the room and the hallways was super dusty. It was like I was walking through a sandstorm or something. The location and service were okay, but nothing special. They didn't really go above and beyond or anything.
