Hotel relatively near to Sapporo station. Room design and shower facilities are abit dated.

Very clean hotel and staff are helpful. Location is convenient as well. On site parking available as we rented a car.

Good hotel in best location...
Clean room, small public bath available, friendly employees...
Lot of restaurants and shopping malls to choose nearby. Also near to Lawson.

Rooms are pretty small,
However there is a simple onsen available for free.
A guest lounge that has coffee machine.
Located 5-7mins walk from the main station.

Location was good. Nearby office building.

The clerks were kind and willing to help. Some of them were not good at English. It was once in a while a little hard to communicate. Guests can have only coffee and tea in yhe lounge, but the opening hour is so limited(3pm~11pm). I felt surprised to see the dirty bathroom floor. Also, it was hard to believe that they didn't give my mom's room the bed sheet the first night we stayed. Good thing that it's located well near JR station and the breakfast ticket is quite convenient. Anyway, thank you for your service.

Good location with clean big room. Pleasure staying with helpful hotel staffs, near shopping and Sapporo station with plenty of eating restaurants.

Great hotel to stay as it is near the JR stations . Easy to access the amenities and also there is a nearby park as well.

Great location, clean, has all the things you need. Price was good and then onsen is a bonus.

Good value, like most of their group hotels at a good location. Upon arrival around 1300 hrs I was told that my booking was for a smoking room which I was surprised as I booked a non smoking room.
They said they could give me a better non-smoking room on the top floor for 8000 Yen fee plus 1000 Yen for early check-in.
I accepted their offer and was very happy with the comfortable bigger room.
Buffet breakfast spread is average.
Overall a good hotel and will consider staying there again when I visit Sapporo again.

The hotel is very convenient; it’s close to many restaurants and shops. It’s clean and has a reasonably good onsen. Our group comprises six persons and we parked our 8-seater car at the hotel for 1500 yen per day. The parking cannot be reserved so we have to be ar the carpark around 3 pm to get a vacant space and reserve it for our 4 days.

It was a pleasant 9 days stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel from 27/4/23 to 6 May 2023.
The staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel has good strategic locations for dining, shopping and transportation accessibility.
Although there was a little booking of room issue with trip.com, I like to thank them for looking into
matter and appreciate Customer support officer Ms Chloe Ji for following up and getting back to me. She has shown patience and is helpful too . Thank you for making my trip an enjoyable one.
