Holiday Inn & Suites Sanya Yalong Bay

I will definitely come back here. Swimming pool, kids play room, cafe and activities are amazing. Hotel view is wonderful.

Overall: great stay, room as advertised, hotel clean and comfortable, great breakfast, near the beach, 20 mins by car from Yalong Bay Railway Station. Hotel's English name on Didi app is Xinghua Taofang Holiday Inn (see picture). Pros: our room (5th floor, facing the bay) was as advertised and spacious; had a nice view of the little artificial lake and a bit of the sea. Didn't try the bathtub but the shower temperature/pressure was fantastic. The hotel staff were really polite and helpful. Nice swimming pool and gym though they're not huge. Breakfast was included in our room fare and it was well worth it! Lots of choices, both from Asian and Western cuisine. Cons: not much really, but for a room that has a fridge and little electric stove, it would have been nice to have some plates and cutlery provided. That said, they let us borrow a knife and plate from the hotel's restaurant which was nice. Personally I would not keep caged animals either (there was a bird in a small cage in the lobby).

The service is really good, all the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The cleaning lady " Lily" was super kind and efficient. The girls at the kids playground were awesome. The breakfast was always great with plenty of options " everything fresh and we'll organized". The room was super cozy and beautiful . Great place to have a good rest and enjoy the beach " which is 5 minutes walk'. Will definitely come back.

Niaahhh, the hotel was generally good. But dinner option is not so good. When i checked in, staff has chosen our dinner as hotpot instead of us without asking. So later, i wanted to change it, but they said it was not possible.

Stay here if you want peace . Clean hotel & Great breakfast . It’s one of the newer hotel not very big but just enough for holiday. A 10min walk to beach or they will take you in golf cart. Special thanks to McCain and Tom at restaurant . All the staff provide great service . Don’t miss out on cake and Pizza they taste great at hotel restaurant . There is kids club as well and some activities for kids like fruit salad making etc. small swimming pool for kids as well as adults. All in all one great stay. 👍🏻🌊

It’s at Yalong bay just close to the beach , it was amazing, you can walk to the beach but they also have a shuttle to take you there. We booked a suite it was nice everyone had space , it’s like an apartment style. Their breakfast too is amazing so many choices but it can get crowded so you might have to wait a bit before you get seated. The dinner there is what I couldn’t believe why don’t they have many options that was a disappointment because you are forced to eat outside everyday. We had the Mountain View it was really nice.

good hotel, a little expensive, the sea is beautiful and calm, from the minuses yalong beach is 40 minutes by bus from sanya and dadunhai beach, on yalong itself there are shops, but few and expensive, it is better to go to sanya.

Had a great stay! It’s clean, stocked with everything may need, big breakfast buffet that’s nice, a pool with a view. Only downside, it’s off the beach. But they offer a shuttle or it’s just a quick trip on your own. Our view said mountain, but it was on the second floor overlooking some construction they had going on for their driveway. Hopefully it’ll be finished up before you get there. Haha.
