The hotel is huge, beautiful, and very photogenic. There are also many activities, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try them all. The hotel has its own large private beach with very clear water. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's still very well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything, the manager on duty was always quick to assist us. Many thanks!

The room was nice, and they provided complimentary breakfast for the kids, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel is clearly family-oriented, and the mornings felt quite relaxed. I think their pool is the best among the neighboring hotels, and the beach is perfect for water activities. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel has a great resort vibe with a beautiful environment. I stayed in two different room types, and both offered convenient access to the pool and beach. The room hygiene was excellent. Daisy, who assisted me during my stay, provided excellent service; she was always helpful and answered all my questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. Thank you!

Hilton Yalong Bay Adventure: As a loyal Hilton guest, I booked a suite for over 2000 RMB a night, room 7508, only to find the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn't working. Even after engineering came to check it, nothing changed. Traveling with a child, we couldn't sleep from the heat at 4 AM; the bedroom felt like an oven, at least 5 degrees hotter than the living room. I was actually planning to sleep in the living room. The facilities deserve 0 points. The one star I'm giving is for the night manager, who was the only one who provided good service by arranging a king-size room for us to sleep in temporarily. We promptly checked out and switched hotels. This Hilton is now blacklisted. Photo 1: My makeshift bed in the living room (the master bedroom was an absolute furnace). Photo 2: The master bedroom (the AC just blew air, no cold air). Photo 3: A design extremely unfriendly for young children, with steps inside the room. Finally, no compensation whatsoever! Just an apology. It was Ctrip that compensated me with a 300 RMB voucher; Ctrip truly came through. Special note: I have only one request for this complaint: I urge the General Manager of Hilton Yalong Bay to personally sleep one night in the master bedroom of room 7508 and experience the suite's 'sauna bath' firsthand.

Absolutely beautiful, this was the most satisfying hotel of our trip. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive. This five-star rating definitely goes to Daisy! She proactively contacted us before check-in, informing us about the hotel facilities, activities, and a map. She thoughtfully noticed it was my birthday on the day of arrival and arranged a birthday setup with a small cake. She also gave us helpful recommendations when we went shopping during our stay. My friend insisted on leaving a great review that night – we were completely won over! We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

The lady at the reception was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay with the kids an absolute delight! They really outdid themselves. We'd noted that we were traveling with children, and the hotel proactively set up kids' amenities and even provided children's slippers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, plenty of room to move around, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about disturbing the kids' rest. The hotel also has a kids' pool and a play area that kept the little ones so entertained they didn't want to leave. For breakfast, there's a dedicated kids' dining section with porridge, steamed eggs, and small pastries, all perfect for children. The housekeeping service was meticulous, and the staff were gentle and patient with the kids. We'd come back from our outings to find our room already tidied up. The environment is safe and quiet, and the facilities are comprehensive, making it an ideal choice for a family vacation. We'll definitely be back with the family next time!

Unobstructed ocean views from the front row, with coconut groves, an infinity pool, and a private beach – every photo taken is a masterpiece. The beachfront lawn dinner creates an incredible atmosphere, with candlelight, waves, and the sunset, making it incredibly romantic. The sea-view room has a dual balcony design, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an ocean-view bathtub. You can watch the sunrise over the sea right from your bed in the morning. The hotel's gardens are serene, and the multiple pools are quiet and uncrowded. Soaking in the pool at sunset is incredibly therapeutic. The beach is quiet with few people, so you don't have to deal with crowds. A stroll along the beach in the evening with the sea breeze is super relaxing. Overall, it's a perfect vacation spot – quiet and peaceful. It’s a one-stop shop for photos, lounging, and sea views. Highly recommended for couples! Building 8 has a stunning sea view.

Although the room is a bit dated, it's thankfully clean and tidy. Since I booked a full sea view room, the view from the balcony was expansive and absolutely beautiful. Next time I come to Sanya, I'd love to book a ground-floor room with direct beach access for an even better experience.

Nancy, our housekeeper, provided excellent and attentive service. We stayed for 3 days, and she checked in with us daily about room cleaning. Room 8408 offers a superb sea view and was spotless and well-maintained. The soundproofing was very good. Sitting on the balcony late at night, watching and listening to the waves, was incredibly romantic.
