MGM Grand Sanya

What an incredible night, it felt like all my previous trips to Sanya were wasted! I've stayed in plenty of five-star hotels around this area, but this was my first time at MGM. I brought my parents to Sanya, hoping they'd enjoy themselves since they're getting on in years, so I booked this full ocean-view suite. They were absolutely thrilled! The large balcony was perfect for photos and watching the sunrise – truly amazing. The service was exceptionally good, especially from Xiao Hu. He took care of us every step of the way, adding me on WeChat the day before to help with arrangements. Before our room was ready, he even arranged a temporary room for my parents to rest in. The suite included breakfast at the beachfront restaurant, and the à la carte options were incredibly exquisite. Originally, only two breakfasts were included, but Xiao Hu helped us get an extra one for free. The hotel also had a lot of lively activities in the evening.

The MGM restaurant offers excellent service, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread at the restaurant is rich and varied, with a special highlight on the wide selection of coffees. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and night market options nearby. The beach has fine sand and clean water, making for a 100% positive experience. It's a great place for a family road trip, and it's popular with international visitors too.

Had a fantastic stay! The young lady in the purple uniform was incredibly enthusiastic. The male manager at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and resolved issues efficiently. This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The facilities are well-maintained, and the heated pool is a great feature for children. It's also very convenient to walk to the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Giving a five-star review (my child says six stars!) to the MGM Grand Sanya. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were amazed by the luxurious yet tropical decor. The check-in staff were enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel has so many pools, and the kids loved the water park so much they didn't want to leave. The beach is also very clean and within walking distance. The seafood buffet for dinner was fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent throughout. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Sanya. The greeters in the lobby were very welcoming, and every hotel staff member was dedicated to their work.

This time I booked a pool room, and the water temperature was just right. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The overall resort vibe was fantastic, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Sanya! Five stars!

You can walk straight from the lobby to the pool. The evening show was excellent too; it was so relaxing to lie on a beach chair, enjoying the sea breeze. I really loved it! 😎
