Pullman Properties in Paris

Excellent 5-star stay overall. The location in Paris La Défense is perfect—ideal for a concert at La Défense Arena, with RER A, metro, a big shopping center, and everything nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed super comfortable, and I loved having Netflix on the TV plus easy phone casting. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, a few issues were disappointing for this level: the bathtub was unusable (seemed damaged/awkwardly fitted), so I couldn’t take a bath even after asking staff. The gym and sauna are much smaller than the photos suggest. And breakfast was basically impossible due to the crowds—the restaurant is far too small for weekend demand.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful; they spoke English slowly and clearly, which was great since we don't speak French. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, and it's super convenient to get around by bus or metro. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is practically right there!

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

The hotel is right by the roadside, and you need to take an elevator to the second floor to check in. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. There's a Japanese ramen restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, run by a Chinese owner, and it's open until 11:30 PM, which is convenient for a late-night snack if you're out late. From the room, you can see the Montparnasse Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, Les Invalides, and more. The front desk offers free luggage delivery to your room.
