It was a very awesome  experience. The unit personnel is very accommodating and didn’t leave us without explaining everything. The unit is very clean and the kids enjoyed a lot.

Wr enjoy staying there but we thought okay ang pool

During our stay, there was a typhoon, which caused an electricity outage and the elevator to stop for a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were inside the elevator at the time. However, the building staff were very attentive and kept us calm while we were stuck. The host was also very accommodating and replied immediately whenever we needed help or had questions. The room had a great view, right in front of the pool, and we could see the sunset perfectly. The room was also good, very relaxing, and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

It was difficult for access to the swimming pools, not many restaurants, the rooftop and room view was amazing and the staff polite and helpful.

We recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay.
