Very good place and location. Comfortable and clean room. Will book again!

The staff helpful overall. I confirm again the room that i booked is bigger than their smaller room. The staff change the room for me. Have snacks, heat pack & hand cream provide to customers. Bought their local brand ginseng soap & ginseng + birdnest mask to try it.

The room was warm and clean. The front desk even had hand cream and heating pads available. The front desk staff's service attitude was excellent! The cleaning was also very thorough. The candied hawthorn was delicious! ^O^ I highly recommend it!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. The room was clean, and the hygiene details were excellent. The breakfast was very generous and suited the tastes of people from the south, especially on a cold day – a bowl of congee with an egg, some greens, and a few pickled vegetables was just perfect. The staff (both the young ladies and gentlemen) were warm and friendly. We also received complimentary candied hawthorns and a special cocktail, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The room was spotless, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

I forgot to take photos of the hotel, so here are a few food pics instead. The hotel room was spacious enough; I could fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Shout out to the front desk lady, the cleaning staff, and all the other employees – they were all super nice. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, and plenty of places to eat.

The room was a bit small, but everything else was good. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help. The breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. It's not too far from MixC shopping mall and getting to Hongqi Street is also quite convenient.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The location is decent, about 5-6 kilometers from most attractions. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, their service attitude was excellent, and they were always willing to help with anything. Changchun is a very clean city with great greenery, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The location is great, just a 10-15 minute walk straight to Guilin Street. The room was clean, and the front desk service was especially good!

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, so getting around is super convenient. It's close to several city attractions too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the complimentary cocktail was delicious.

Extremely satisfied! This hotel is very convenient and comfortable! The service is excellent, breakfast is rich and varied, it's clean and hygienic, safe and quiet, and transportation is convenient. They provide bottled drinking water daily, along with thoughtful services like check-out reminders, late check-out, and luggage storage. An unforgettable trip to Changchun!
