Located in the heart of dotonburi, just a street across the main dontonburi street. Hotel is located opposite the Korean embassy, so security is good in the area. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but they allowed us to check into our rooms. This hotel receives many guests, there were multiple other groups checking in at the same time as my group. Staff also speaks limited English, but was able to communicate with them using google translate. Front counter is at level 1, with a bar counter right beside. Level 2 is a lounge area, with seats and even a pool table! Gym is also located at level 2. Shared washing machines were located at level 15, but guests are required to collect a key to enter the laundry room from the front desk. Rooms were of decent size, but lighting was slightly dark in my opinion. The shampoo, body soaps, hand wash were great, I loved the smell of it!

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi; Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is also very convenient to make breakfast and dinner. There is also a washing machine on the balcony Sanitation: The indoor sanitation is very good, and there is no dead corner for sanitation; Environment: The surrounding environment is average, the outer part of the room may be being renovated, and there will be some noise occasionally, but it does not affect the use and safety of the room Service: The landlord's service is very good and considerate. Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

Facilities: microwave oven/refrigerator/washing machine (with washing powder)/pots and pans/chopsticks, spoons and forks/knife and cutting board; Hygiene: My daughter likes to walk barefoot on the carpet, and her socks are also clean. Overall, it is cleaner than my home; Environment: The location is also very good. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and 10 minutes to walk to the zoo (we are with the children); Service: Although the whole process was through email exchanges, communication was barrier-free, and check-in was also convenient and safe; It was a very correct choice to choose you this time. I brought my parents and children with me, and I could cook and fry, and there was also detergent. I felt so much belonging.

We booked for family 4 of us. Unfortunately its too cramped if you stay 4 people in this room. Even the bed is 2 double.. there is no space to open our luaggage ( 28m² for 2 double bed already no more space) No basket for put our laundry..even there is a washing machine. You can just cooked simple noodle soup since the pantry is too smal to put your plate. The coffee table is too small..you cant use it for dine in. The bathroom is not separate with the toilet and no hook to hang your towel. So if you come 4 of you..definately i'm not recomended. If you just 2 of you..is still oke. Self check in easy enough

It’s a spacious room, and we really appreciate the wooden floor, as it's better for our boy to play on the floor. The bath, microwave, fridge, and stove are great for families.

先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。
