The staff was cold and at times rude. We understand that language barrier is inevitable but the attitude is easily understood.
Location was great since it's just at the outskirt of the busiest area of Osaka. Don't miss out on the small shops that didn't catch your attention first. You may be pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is very clean. Room is spacious, AC function well. The TV is not a smart TV so we can’t stream our phone to the TV. Other than that everything is so nice. It close to Osaka station, 10mins walk, with a tax free shopping mall LOFT 5 mins away. The hotel located at a quiet area, good for rest and relax.

Pictures of rooms are deceiving compared to the room they give you. You think you will get the nice modern rooms when you may get one that is not.
