Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi

It was convenient to move around as it was located a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. The building was very large and there was a public bathhouse, so I could relax in the evening after a long walk. I was able to rest comfortably. The staff were friendly and you could leave your luggage, so the location was very convenient and great. The room condition is clean and good, and although the height is low, it is spacious enough to sleep alone, so it is recommended for those traveling alone. However, the soundproofing is not good so please bring earplugs. (This is a chronic problem with capsule hotels, so I don’t think it’s a disadvantage.) Except for soundproofing, I am willing to visit again because the location, service, facilities, and cleanliness are all satisfactory for the price.

It's really great. Although it's a capsule, it's very complete and clean. It's worth a second visit if you want affordable prices. The front desk is very polite and attentive. In the evening, friends can gather in the tea room below.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the subway station, but there are too many tourists on the road. Carrying a large suitcase is not very convenient as there are many *****tores and food places around. You don't need to worry about the clean environment of the place where you live, but even wearing earplugs will be harassed by the residents in isolation.

There is a bathhouse upstairs and the environment is very clean and beautiful. Men and women are completely separated, even the elevator.

The man in charge of check-in was very nice and considerate👍, and the room was really quiet! ! The bathroom is also very clean, and there is a hot spring on the top floor where you can soak. Everything is great.

The staff is very polite and friendly. I went to Tsutaya Bookstore after I checked out, and they agreed to let me store my luggage; when I came back to pick up my luggage, the lady helped me carry it to the first floor, which was a very good experience. It would be better if there is a special locker for storing luggage during the stay

There were no inconveniences. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was able to relax in the lounge as well. I want to stay here again.

Many foreign tourists didn’t have much communication because they arrived too late, and the environment was very comfortable.
