Great service and well equipped. looked newly renovated. Nice breakfast too.

Not very happy I should be compensated because of the coldness in the room not having a double bed for me and my daughter that doesn't make me happy at all she is 1 year for goodness sake. But I forgive them I was very upset

Staff on reception very helpful and friendly and welcoming. All amenities were excellent would definitely stay again

Best location, clean and nice

I booked a twin room, but upon checking in, I found it was a king-size bed. When I went to the front desk, the staff insisted I had booked a king room. I checked Ctrip, and my reservation clearly stated a twin room. In the end, I had to pay an extra 10 pounds to get a twin room.

Nice, clean room . Good facilities, friendly staff. Only issue was the walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear people talking in the room next door

Really good stay, very central and easy to get around. The spa and leisure facilities wasn’t the best, a lot of students so wasn’t very relaxing but the gym had good equipment and in the mornings it was great. Football was on which was an added bonus and food was pretty good. I would stay here again.

We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Everything was great, but the pool and steaming was closed =)).
