I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

We looked at the photos and officially cheated. There is room, while my wife's work is doing, I'm enjoying the pool, and I've preferred this place to half-priced hotels, but it was a complete failure. I couldn't get into the 26-grade pool after I had raised the body heat to 36 degrees and walked in the ice-like corridor. The staff had temperature measurements and asked him to measure it in particular. I did. It is secret in the details. It will be a great disappointment for those who go with the spa expectations. Also, the single-person bed we bought with a double bed came out and I experienced a great shock when we left bed while sleeping at night. The cleaning officer doesn't do her job well. The bathroom was stopping the soap of those before us. Also, it was salt pepper that she came in the dark morning and called to call the door and talk to her friends. I am very happy to remember The gentleman of the middle-aged man who serves breakfast was kind. This price is certainly not worth it. We went to a business meeting with my wife, the workers were ridiculous and kind. The environment was very pleasant and quiet. We spent a lot of time in the restaurant, there is no music that undermines the noisy conversation. I eat a healthy, great stick in your hands.

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. I will definitely stay again next time🏨🤟🏻✌🏻 I highly recommend it to all of you who are planning to stay at Aloft Bursa Hotel in Turkey💁🏻‍♀️🏨💪🏻

Rooms are spacious, though door locks do not work plus there are no security chains (5108). No Fire escape plan on the door. Business Club Lounge does not serve Breakfast and dinner hot snacks are not a great selection. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Ms. Ayun in the breakfast Lounge is outstanding in her attitude towards service, stands out from the rest by miles !

We were very pleased with breakfast, the comfort of the rooms and cleaning, the staff's interest and the facilities offered. They upgraded our room while entering, they took our requests into account and answered them immediately. A dan z ye is a complete comfort hotel. We definitely recommend.

There are two large hot spring pools. The temperature is slightly warm at 40 ℃. Although it is a little far from the center (Kozahan and Urjamy), there is no problem if you use a taxi (about 20 lira) or Dolmush. There are many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Hotel located in the centre of Gorukle, very nice, wide reception and excellent service. Equipped with spa. The room is not very large but nothing lacks. TV, WiFi with password, everything clean and beautiful, bathroom including. Breakfast buffet is very wide, and who makes salt breakfast here finds everything and more.
