I saw so few reviews before I went there, I felt that I was worried about the lack of popularity. After the trip, I found that the reason for the lack of comments was really small, but it has nothing to do with the hotel facilities and service quality. During the hotel, I did not meet any tour groups. It has always been clean and the quality of staff and other guests is extremely high. Going to the station twice is a bus called by the hotel. And on the thirty-five-sixth day, the hotel staff stood in the sun and waited for the bus to take care of the guests waiting in the shade, and after taking the car, they took the padded box to get on the bus. It was really moving. Thanks to the big sister and uncle in the lobby on the first floor. Sincerely! In addition, the meal in the cafeteria is medium in taste, but it is no problem to eat! The equipment in the room is a bit old, but it does not affect the feeling of staying in the store. There are very few people in the hot springs, and there will never be a dumpling. I would also like to thank the Taiwanese aunts and bosses in the downstairs restaurant, as well as another attentive waiter! Hey! It’s really a very enjoyable hot spring trip. It’s especially recommended to buy a bottle of 150 yen milk after the hot spring wash. We 4 people drink 6 bottles a day! The highest in Shirakawa, the highest in Kinugawa Onsen! I hope that the hotel will prosper in the future, and when the children are bigger, let's come back, don't get anything better! Personal feelings, no vain! Worth a live, humane hotel!

The hotel service is impressive. Especially a thin waiter at the front desk is very kind and patient, just like the sister next door. Take the trouble to communicate with us using the translator, enthusiastically help us store our luggage, and help us arrange a taxi the next morning. When we came back from a night out, the luggage had been taken to the room for us, so heartwarming. The room is large and the hot spring is very comfortable.

Breakfast is Japanese, not used to eating, there is parking lot, hot springs are good, public baths are not many people
