Great location and wonderful breakfast. Really clean hotel and value for money

Good and comfortable stay. Like the location as it is not so far from the places that we would like to visit.

The view is CRAZY here. The hotel itself is old classic type so as the facilities too. The amenities are pretty bad but the cleanness-wise was good. I can forgive everything since the view is fantastic.

Hotel in Via Partenope in front of Castel dell'Ovo, beautiful sea view room

This is a long-established luxury hotel on the coast of Santa Lucia, but the facilities are quite old. Our room was in the annex, so it may not have been as luxurious, but I didn't feel that the hotel was as satisfying as the reviews stated. However, the breakfast overlooking the Bay of Naples was amazing! The staff moved us to an empty seat by the window, and we were very impressed with their consideration.

A very beautiful hotel, facing the sea and opposite the Egg Castle. The dining environment for breakfast is also excellent, with an invincible sea view restaurant. You have to take a taxi to get in and out, and there are no Chinese restaurants around. The facilities are a bit old.

Except for the good location, facing the Egg Castle, there is nothing else good about it. The facilities are simple and old, just like the domestic guesthouses in the 1980s, which are totally inconsistent with the star rating and price. The hygiene is very poor. I hurriedly went to bed on the first day of my stay because of the fatigue of the journey. On the second day, I found that the bed sheets were not even cleaned with blood stains. The total variety of breakfast food is limited and you can't help yourself. You need to ask the service staff.

This is the most spacious room among Italian accommodations. It was nice to have a separate room to store our luggage. I was so captivated by the size of the room that it made me forget about the rest of the inconveniences. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, which was a bit disappointing. It was a hotel that was almost 100 years old, so it was old-fashioned and cool. Because of the spacious room, it is definitely recommended for a family of four.

The sea view room in the hotel is invincible. You can watch the sunrise on the left in the morning and the sunset on the right in the evening. The room is quite spacious and there are many dining options nearby. But the hotel is very old, and the air conditioner is so hot that it's useless to turn it off. It's 23 degrees Celsius during the day in Naples in February. I can only open the balcony door in the middle of the night, but it's noisy downstairs. What's more weird is that breakfast is all about breakfast. You are not allowed to pick up your own food. The waiter will pick it up for you. I wanted some cucumber and the waiter gave me 3 thin slices. I said can I have more? I was given 2 more tablets, and I felt like I was on vacation.

The hotel is old. The rooms are relatively large and the facilities are well maintained. The only shower head in the shower room is broken and cannot be fixed. It can only be held with one hand, which is very inconvenient. The environment of the breakfast restaurant is very good, the scenery outside the window is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet has a dedicated person responsible for distributing food, which seems to be well organized and the food quality is relatively good. There is a dedicated person in charge of parking spaces, and the parking fee of 40 euros per day is relatively expensive.

The location: a truly beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. I had breakfast and it felt like I was doing it from the balcony of a cruise ship. The courtesy, kindness and professionalism of both the dining room and reception staff are commendable. I hope to return soon, I really enjoyed it. Happy New Year to all.

The location is perfect! There are many places within walking distance and you can even catch a ferry to the pier on a nearby island. It's only a short taxi ride to the train station, there are lots of food options and it's a lively and beautiful area!

It is near the Egg Castle, by the sea, the location is good, and it is convenient for boats. The facilities are not new. There is no bottle opener at the front desk.

The window faces the Egg Castle, the street downstairs is lively and popular, the small bar is bustling with activity, and the atmosphere is full of leisure.
