The hotel is very stylish and clean. The room is cleaned every day. The front desk staff is enthusiastic. The Marshall speaker in the room did not work and the water in the wash basin did not flow out smoothly.

The overall experience was okay, especially when it comes to customer service the staff were all really helpful and friendly. However it was quite inconvenient that they didn't have a fridge in the room, we had to go to the reception and ask the staff to put our drinks into their fridge when we had drinks we needed to cool and we didn't feel independent because of that.
