I am currently in 318 ,I must say that was disappointed to find out my heartist card rate not included for F&B. You must educate all staff about All membership and their benefits. All staff are good but they need to be more into emotional intelligence, so that guest can feel welcome, acknowledge and appreciated.

I loved every minute of my stay in this hotel. The staff are so courteous and hardworking. It is easy to find, smack on the Old Pretoria Road in Midrand. Please extend my gratitude to the Manager, the reception staff and the Food & Bev/Restaurant staff, especially Sylvia

We stayed 3 nights to visit the region. The hotel is conveniently close to the highway and the Mall of Africa. Parking is free and permanently monitored. The hotel is clean but not very modern. All benefits have been respected but upgrading is not possible because all rooms are identical. The room was clean and spacious but in dated decor. The curtains are not very blackout and the insulation of the windows needs to be reviewed. The wifi signal in our room was weak, we lost the connection regularly. The bathroom was large and must have been recently redone except for the shower part. The service is professional. We did not try the breakfast. The value for money is very good because we paid 30 euros per night.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Location is not very good, service level just ok. The air conditioning/heater, besides being giant, is noisy. Old TV. Leaking bathroom. I simply would not consider this hotel as an option again.
