The hotel is very older. Everything in the hotel room is older. No water, coffee machine etc are in the room. You can’t get a hot water to drink. All electric outlets are on the walls and difficult to use. Only room is clean.

Virgin River is a family place as well As adults. Housekeeping has excellent respond for more towels blankets ect. The 24 hour restaurant has great breakfast, including Eggs Benedict! Prices are reasonable.

Wish they had king bed rooms, only double queens. Also no fridge in rooms when it was 115 degrees out hard to keep drinks cold with ice machines not working and lots of people trying to use them.

I am very impressed with the food and also the amazing friendly people. This is a great place to visit. The pool and the palm trees are beautiful. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Smoking building#1 Was very UNCLEAN, PEE ON TOILET SEAT NOT CLEAN AT ALL BUILDING#2 WAS SUPER NICE AND CLEAN.. WILL NEVER STAY IN BUILDING 1 AGAIN...

The room was clean. No frig, microwave, coffee pot, bedspread or comforter. A tattered blanket for each bed. A room for 2 missing a wash cloth hand towel and pillow. Advised front desk and they said they would mark our records. No one brought us the missing items. The staff was indifferent to any requests. One person went out of their way to get me some hot water in a cup. Won’t stay there again.
