Wazo Appart-Hôtel Reviews

We came to the hotel with more than 10 people. The welcome is great. People are smiling and say yes to everything without sometimes even understanding. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and our room was half done. We couldn't shower because the towels hadn't been provided. The lady in the hallway refused to give them to us. She preferred to chat on WhatsApp. Rooms never ready before 4-5 p.m. Imagine when you've been away all day and you just want to take a shower but you can't because your room isn't ready. The aesthetic department downstairs should be avoided. I did my treatments in the lobby and since the beautician was taking a long time (a taxi was waiting for her 1 hour later) I didn't get my entire service but I had to pay the ENTIRETY. In short, I give it a 5/10 because the place is nice and quiet. The service needs to be seriously reviewed.
