My flight was delayed and I checked in late. Only one person at the desk and I stood in line for almost an hour!! My room was prepaid and they still charged me a $100 deposit - WHICH STILL HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!! Bathroom not that clean - ***** hair/hair in tub.

Perfect hotel to spend a night and wake up for an early flight. The only bad thing is you can hear almost every airplane that lands. However, the noise is cancelled once you turn on the AC. Will definitely stay here again.

Arrived in the middle of the night on the first night, the shuttle bus to the airport was gone, so I took a taxi to the hotel. The first impression felt cheated, because the comfort inn I ordered has been closed for renovation, and I was pointed to the country inn next to it. But after staying for two nights, it feels ok, at least it is worth the money for a transfer near the airport. The American breakfast is okay, and the service is okay, although some reception staff are very polite, while others are just average, and different people are on duty every day.
