The rooms were nice.l The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing as it was on top of the car park with a view of another car park but it did get the sun. The bar and restaurant on the 61st floor was closed during my visit and so that was also disappointing as I was very much looking forward to going there. The hotel entrance is literally 3 yards from the metro which made it an ideal location and only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from La Mer beach, costing only about £3.

Location is very nice. All was good. Just service was little bit slow as compared to other hotels in Dubai. They dont have any option for booking Burj Khalifa view, that is a minus point. If you book higher class room still you can get other side sea view.

Too crowded during breakfast period, other customer would get your table when you go out to pick up food, restaurant has no discipline to control the rush in customers.

The duty manager in this hotel was genuinely supporting the guests and staff, which creates a healthy working environment. Check-in was swift thanks to the energitic receptionists. This hotel allows self-checkout. This luxury is possible because this guest-respecting hotel doesn't have the $5 soda can minibar deprived played out scam....that malignant hotels insult guests with Sunset & Sunrise 🌇 🌅 🌆 look so nice from the 🛌 or 🛀. Tempting to stay more nights, but the rest of the World needs to be audited, so the most pro-social thing I can do is recommend this outstanding to everyone

The fantastic view from our room added an extra touch to our stay,making it memorable. Overall,I had a wonderful time here and I can confidently say that I will be returning on my next trip to Dubai.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and family friendly stay!

The location and view is nice. How were amenities is old, bathroom not very clean, spots in bathtub, dim. The bed is too soft (but general for dubai hotel)

The waiter service in the lobby is very enthusiastic； There are many types of food and they are very delicious.

There was a lady at the reception her name was Joy/Jay. She was really nice and helped us with the early check in. Thanks a million. Definitely booking this hotel again as it is close by the metro.

Very good location!! Just 10 seconds walks from the Emirates Tower metro to hotel. 24 hours restaurant and supermarket juts downstairs very convenience. When we check in staff upgraded us to higher level with very nice view of Dubai. Can see the Burj khalifa . Definitely coming back next time!

Location is superb, beside metro and can go easily everywhere. View from room is great and facilities, food are not bad. However, the staffs at reception are unfriendly and watching people like thief in the lobby area. My visitors don't want to come meet at hotel lobby anymore as they asked so many questions and gave unfriendly feel. Overall great but it is not 5 star hotel level, should be around 4 star.

After visiting other hotels during my stay in the UAE, this hotel could be a lot better. The toilet constantly has a smell of urine and the furniture is old and dirty. The facilities are good including the pool, gym, the breakfast, and the fact it’s near to a metro station but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

This was our first time in Tower Plaza Hotel with my twin daughters. The hotel presently surprised us with views, and connectivity. Breakfast had everything to choose. The staff were generally welcoming specially Dina at checking desk she was very polite and helpful.Swimming pool was perfect, our room view was great and mainly Metro station was literally outside the hotel which was easy to get anywhere in Dubai very convenient. Aicha and Usman the rest of staff at concierge team were very friendly answering all the questions . The waiting time to access the lift was horrible. Everything else was good and reasonable price . Thank you all .
